About the owner: Completely renovated, this property is my full time home since 2007. It is infrequently rented out. It is lovely, contemporary inside, with few changes to the original Art Deco exterior.
Why this property? Located on the Broadwalk, it is in the quieter North end of the Broadwalk, still walking distance to music, restaurants, shopping and nightlife.
