This is my home which I rent when I am away. Most of my guests become more than a "tenant" and contact me repeatedly. The house and location are unique. I have a maximum of 4 guests at a time. I provide beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys. Indoor outdoor living is superb! This end of the Broadwalk is quiet, and uncrowded. Step across the pedestrian Broadwalk tothe beach...there is a bike lane, restaurants, shops, parasailing, jet ski rentals within a 3 minute walk. Built in 1927 and completely remodeled, it is one of the last remaing single family homes on the Hollywood Broadwalk.
