This spacious, beautifully decorated and updated 2 BR/2.5 bath townhome overlooks the canal and boat basins and is located directly across the street from the gorgeous Siesta Beach. The kitchen and all baths have been renovated and the newly furnished living room features a sofa bed and 55” smart TV. A powder room is also conveniently located on the main floor. Free Wi-Fi is included.
This unit features two large lanais; one can be found adjacent to the living room, while the other is upstairs off the master bedroom.
The second story houses two bedroom en suites. The main features a king bed, flat-screened TV and a stand up shower. Across the hall is the second bedroom featuring twin beds and a tub-shower combination. Easily accessible between the bedroom suites is a washer and dryer.
The unit accommodates a maximum of 6 people and is located next to one of the two swimming pools offered in this community. Other amenities of this Complex include beach lounge chairs, umbrella, clubhouse free Wi-Fi, an exercise room, tennis courts and newly remodeled picnic and grilling areas.

PAYMENT OF RENT: The final balance is due 30 days prior to date of check in. Payment is accepted with Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. Arrival instructions will be emailed after final balance is paid.. It is RENTER’s responsibility to access, print and bring arrival instructions. In event final balance is not paid in a timely manner per this agreement, OWNER reserves the right to cancel reservation and withhold all deposits.
POTENTIAL DAMAGES: RENTER agrees to pay a refundable $500 damage deposit and provide a valid credit card to OWNER/MANAGER for items damaged or lost but not limited to extra cleaning charges to bring property back to its original condition and quality standard, with exception to normal wear and tear, and for neglect of appliances or any items, fixtures, windows, doors, etc. inside or outside the property and lock outs.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE GUIDELINES: Check in available after 4:00PM. Check out is before 10 am.
CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations require written notice. Reservations cancelled greater than 60 days from the check in date are eligible for a refund. Cancellations made less than 60 days of the check in date are nonrefundable. Reservations booked less than 60 days from check in date are non-refundable. PURCHASE OF TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
OCCUPANCY AND REGISTRATION POLICY: Maximum number of occupants at any time for this property is up to 6 people. The registered RENTER is required to be 25 years or older.
RESERVATION IS NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL A RENTAL AGREEMENT IS SIGNED, RETURNED AND DEPOSIT PAID.

How far is the private beach from the townhouse?
It is about a 5 minute walk across the road. There is a crosswalk across the road about 50 feet from the entrance. There are lounge chairs and umbrellas on the beach. Generally umbrellas are put away by 5 pm and chairs locked up at sunset.
We stayed at Midnight Cove for spring break. Our condo was very nice! It overlooked the pool and the bay. The whole complex is beautiful and it was actually very quiet at night considering it was spring break. We were within walking distance of restaurants, shops and all of our friends who were staying at other condo complexes. The beaches are beautiful! Probably the nicest beach I’ve been to in Florida. Soft, powdery sand and clear water. Highly recommend Midnight Cove and Siesta Key!

My 521 vacation
Actually I was in unit 521 in February and March. Except for some water and pipe issues in February, my stay was most enjoyable as usual. The unit is well cared for and very comfortable. Looking forward to next year.
