The furniture was comfortable. Kitchen was nice. Disadvantages were: occupant is not to touch the thermostat and I was told there was no heat, ended up wearing my winter coat inside a few times, and it is difficult for a single person to get through the doors that lead to the catwalk access to the unit with the luggage cart or shopping cart. I found it was easier to leave the cart near the elevator and take items an armful at a time to the unit. I would consider renting this unit in the future

My family and I stayed in Marco island. We rented a 3 BR 2 Bathroom house near tigertail beach. The house was great. My kids loved the pool. Also the communication from Marco Island Properties was excellent. We can’t wait to go back!
