Margaritaville has a heated saltwater pool (your skin and hair will love it). The pool is kept at 88-90 degrees in the cooler months (mid Oct.- mid April) as long as guests put the cover on when not in use.
Enjoy the screened Lanai while relaxing with your morning coffee or while watching the pool or TV. There is seating for six plus an additional 4 at the outside table. The screened porch overlooks the wonderfully landscaped tropical backyard.
Plenty of counter space on the new granite countertops and white shaker cabinets in the kitchen. There is plenty of storage for your food items in the pantry cabinet. Margaritaville also offers a large refrigerator with ice and water in the door plus a double oven for those who love to cook. The kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans/cooking utensils and dishes.

Damage Assurance is included in the cleaning fee (HOST or Owner Fees on VRBO breakdown) for up to $3000 of unintentional damage to the home.
Homes that are booked more than 7 nights will require a $500 per 7 nights booked deposit. Balance due 60 days prior to arrival. This will not show in the quote.

There is a camera on the Southside fenced area which guests have no access to. This records the Southside of the house only. There is a camera on the front of the house. There are NO cameras on the back area of the house including the pool and grassed area.
We do NOT allow any animals on the property or inside the house. You will be charged up to an additional $3000 for bringing/allowing an animal onto/inside the house or property.
This is due to being unable to rent to the next guest with possible allergies. We can recommend animal friendly properties.

We absolutely loved the location. The beach is just a short 2 1/2 block walk. That portion of the beach was never crowded so it was perfect for our 2 younger ones. Absolutely loved the screened in porch overlooking the pool. Enjoyed coffee out there every morning while watching my 2 grandsons play in the pool. Would definitely stay here again.

It is beyond to our expectations, very well maintained beach house, less than 5 minutes to the beach, great location, close to many places to go, quiet and polite neighborhood, most it all the prompt communication with Dana when we told her that our arrival was early than the schedule, she accommodate us with not problem at all! We spent a beautiful 4th of July week! in Margaritaville home, we will definitely rent the house again.

Enjoy the Florida sun in this beautiful private sanctuary the hosts provide. Step from the home to the newly renovated lanai and spend social relaxing times or step into the private sanctuary with the heated pool to relax and swim. The hosts thought of everything. If you wish the vast beach is a leisurely five minute walk away. You can walk the beach and look for Gods creatures, swim in the gulf or sunbathe on the beach. But make sure you are there for the jaw dropping sunsets (no two are alike). If you like the hustle and bustle of resort towns with all the shops, bars and restaurants you can walk the beach to them or walk about ten minutes down the road (crawling back takes longer). Great time.

Such a great location. Walk to the best beach in the US. Shops and restaurants very close by. The house was fully stocked. Felt like I was in my own kitchen because it has everything you will need. Beds were very comfortable. Pool was cool and refreshing. Tons of beach towels, chairs and even a wagon to bring all our stuff to the beach. Our host Dana was so helpful and check in and check out was a breeze. Can’t wait to go back.

Everybody in our little group loved this place. It was super comfortable and the beachy atmosphere throughout the house was beautiful. The house was squeaky clean and the temperature was cool inside on days that were 90+ outside. There was plenty of seating around the pool and more in a screened porch by the pool. There were palm trees and green parrots. We walked back forth to the beach to swim and enjoy the sunset. Everything worked perfect and Dana was super nice. -Liam

This home will not disappoint!! Three full bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, all the amenities; including a heated pool.. what more could your family want or need?! We couldn’t ask for more! The colors of the home were bright and cheerful, you feel the Florida vibe as soon as you enter the home. We walked to the beach everyday of our stay, it was a short walk with 2 easy beach accesses to the North or South of us, whichever direction We felt like heading. The home is a fully functioning home, whether you choose to stay in and prepare a meal or order carry out, it has all the necessities you will need. I highly recommend the Margarita Pool Home, if you are considering a stay here, you will not be disappointed. Thank you Dana for providing a beautiful home for my family’s vacation! We had nothing short of a great time :))

We've stayed here many times because of the private pool and a home that's just the right size. For beach-goers, you're a 10-minute walk away. Always well-maintained, the house is easy-living single-story with three bedrooms and a pull-out sofa. Best of all? A super-quiet neighborhood with no beach traffic.
