Freshly Decorated Beach House close to Tigertail!

Location!!!

This house is kept very clean. We loved the pool and the close proximity to restaurants and the beach. We were able to load up the wagon provided & walk 1/2mile to the beach without worrying about parking. Karen met us at the house & was super great with communication and responsiveness. We had one minor issue at the house that was dealt with immediately. Highly recommend this property.

This. Place. Is. PERFECT!

The rooms, the amenities, the location, the pool....just PERFECT! Our group of 2 kids and 3 adults had the BEST time ever. It is close to beaches and includes everything you need for a fun day. It was the perfect sized space for all of us to have our own space, while having a great time bonding as a family. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Beautiful home with backyard pool, perfect for entertaining!

This house is so spacious! Plenty of room (even more than we needed) for our family of 5 to spread out and enjoy. Friends came over for dinner and there was room for everyone. The den where the garage used to be was the biggest surprise of all and great for movie time for the kids while the adults could enjoy a tasty beverages out on the patio.Everything we needed was nearby and the convenience of the pool in the back yard makes me never want to stay anywhere else. The kitchen is well equipped so we could easily stay in and cook and the grill out back was nice as well. They have everything you need for the beach -- just bring your suits and sunblock and enjoy beautiful Marco Island!

Just pack your swim suit!

Flying to Florida for a trip with young kids I was worried we couldn't pack the things we needed for a beach vacation. That was not the case with 760 Kendall, the house had beach/pool towels, chairs, an umbrella for that hot FL sun, loads of beach access points in close proximity to the house, restaurants and grocery stores minutes away, a beautiful pool right in the backyard and so much more. All the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with utensils/cooking tools and we loved unwinding with a board game or movie in the evenings. Make this home your next destination for a relaxing trip.

760 Kendall Drive, Marco Island

This house was perfect for us! Enough room so that we could get a little space from each other when needed. Loved the bonus family room and was happy it had cable so we could follow the storm. Lanai and pool were awesome, especially to watch the tropical storm. Decor is so cute! Everything we needed was there. The bikes were very useful. Easy walk to Tigertail and having the chairs, coolers, umbrella, trolley etc was awesome! The local menus and brochures regarding activities were very helpful, as was the welcome packet! We used the new countertop griddle every day that was so fun. Our first time to Marco. I fell in love with the island. I hope we can visit again!

Perfect Island Getaway

My friends and I had a blast at 760 Kendall for a quick getaway. This home checked all the boxes for me! Clean, affordable, relaxing and close to shopping and restaurants. I loved the screened in pool area, we enjoyed that beautiful Florida sunshine and ocean breeze without a single bug! The owner was great to work with, she answered all of our questions promptly and provided an awesome list of restaurants ahead of our trip. Counting down the days until our next vacation at this property!

Beach Themed Paradise

We absolutely loved our stay at 760 Kendall Dr. The house is easy to find and it's situated on a lovely street. It's close enough to the beach to walk or ride a bike.The landscaping is lush and vibrant which gives the backyard privacy from the neighboring houses. The interior is decorated with a relaxing beach theme with fun details. We especially had fun naming the captain statue and made sure we snapped pics with him. The house is spacious and has all of the comforts of home. The house was clean and everything was in working order.The kitchen is open, airy and has all the dishes you might need. There are two sliding glass doors off of the kitchen that lead to the pool/lanai. There are also large windows overlooking the pool. From viewing the photos of the pool and many others when searching for a rental we assumed the pool would be smaller in person based on some of the camera angles used for these types of photos, we assumed wrong. The pool was larger than expected and the water temperature was optimal. The lanai/pool area is entirely screened in which protects from bugs and gives another element of privacy. There are also shades that you can pull down for even more privacy.The master bedroom has a large cozy bed, cable TV, dresser, night stand, walk in closet and a bathroom that includes a shower that has great water pressure.There are two other bedrooms, one with two twin beds and one with a full size bed. They're adorable and have ample amounts of space. There's a bathroom between the two bedrooms that includes a bathtub and shower.The garage has been turned into another living space which has a cable TV, compfy motorized recliners and games. There's also a door that leads to the lanai/pool area and a half bathroom. The laundry room is also located off of this additional living space. As if all of that wasn't enough there's a closet full of beach items that guests are free to use. Beach chairs, beach tent, wagon, beach umbrella, sandcastle supplies and tons more. The house also included several beach cruiser bikes for guest use along with helmets and bike locks.If you're looking for a roomy place with a pool, close to the beach, that includes all of these extras, then this is the place for you. The owners are very responsive and incredibly helpful and I can't wait to visit this home again one day.

Girlfriends’ Trip to Marco

This was a wonderful place for four friends to enjoy each other’s company. That living room was comfortable and had a beach feel. We loved the pool and used it each day - water temp was perfect. It was great to have access to a bathroom from pool area. The kitchen was large and well-equipped - we enjoyed sitting around the large dining table that seated six. Bedrooms were comfortable and each of us had our own bed. We would definitely book this home again.

Amazing Vacation Rental!

My girlfriends and I rented this home for a girl’s getaway. The property did not disappoint! The home was in pristine condition and had all of the amenities needed for a relaxing trip away! The home is in close proximity to fabulous restaurants, shopping and several beautiful beaches.We loved having our own private pool for lounging around in the hot Florida sun and the outdoor dining was perfect for relaxing morning coffee.This home would be perfect for a family rental or an adult getaway!Wish I was there right now! Will definitely rent again!

Wonderful Stay

My family loved our stay at 760 Kendall, perfect week! The house has fresh beach decor, very clean. Beautiful pool/ patio. The extra bonus room came in handy for those who needed to do a little remote work. We would recommend and love to stay again. Stacy was easy to work with and has a great list of recommend restaurants etc.
