Anchor Down is a beautiful lake front getaway located in Destiny East, we couldn't love this location and property more!! The spectacular southern facing views from the large pool and spa are second to none. This will be THE place to relax after a fun filled day at the beach near the Crab Trap. Enjoy all amenities that the gated community of Destiny East has to offer including tennis courts, a community pool and long walking/running trails throughout. Destiny East Community Pool & Spa will be HEATED from March 5-April 15, 2023!
Upon entry, guests will find an inviting and open-air foyer with a stunning view of Four Prong Lake. Anchor Down features an updated kitchen and dining room with space for the entire family to enjoy time together. Luxurious accents and amenities are at every turn with granite countertops, stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, double ovens, gas cooktop range, dishwasher, and microwave. The dine in island/breakfast bar features seating for 4 in plush barstools. The well-crafted and cozy dining room off the kitchen has beautiful views surrounding the table with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating for all.
Just off the kitchen and dining area, enjoy a cup of coffee or a movie night in the living room with extra comfy couches, a large flat screen TV and DVD player. The beauty of this room is the grand lake and pool views out of the large windows for maximum lighting. Step outside to the patio where you can enjoy the fireplace, flat screen TV, plenty of seating and what could be the crown jewel of this property, the pool overlooking the lake. This beautiful pool/overflow spa, plenty of lounge chairs for sunbathing and lots of space to splash around. Enjoy use of the private BBQ grill or head up to the sun deck on the second floor for even more Florida sunshine and fun.
The owner did not spare any expense on luxury for the amenities, and the same is true for the sleeping arrangements. This 7 BR/5 BA beach home sleeps 20 guests comfortably. Head inside when the day ends for a good night’s rest in one of 4 King Bedrooms, Double Queen Bedroom, 1 Twin Bed Nook plus a Custom Bunk Room for the young ones. On the first floor, 2 King Bedrooms with Shared Bath, the Master King Suite featuring double vanities and a large, jetted tub, shower and large walk-in closet and a Full Bedroom with access to the large full bathroom off the main living area. Up the staircase, guests will enjoy a Double Queen Bedroom, a King Suite and a bunk room with 3 custom built twin beds. The two stunning full bathrooms in the hallway on the second floor are shared between the 3 bedrooms.
From the front door to the crystal-clear pool, we know that Anchor Down would be perfect for your next family getaway to celebrate a family vacation, a birthday or anniversary. This location has close access to the Destin Commons shopping center as well as Destin’s finest dining. We’re looking forward to seeing you at Anchor Down! This home is located across the street from Beach Reunion’s Southbound for a multiple property rental to accommodate large groups.

Electric Street Legal Golf Cart Rentals — We offer electric street legal golf cart rentals to Beach Reunion guests only and at a substantially lower rate than our competitors in the Destin/Miramar Beach area. By reserving a cart rental through us you will not have to worry about any of that unwanted dirt or sand getting into your car while trying to enjoy your vacation! We even deliver for free! Pool Heat — From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool/spa can be heated for an additional $100/day or $700/week. (Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay. Must purchase pool heat for spa to be heated. Outside of the dates spa cannot be heated. Spa does not reach standard spa heat temps. 86 degrees max.)

Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 90 days notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made outside of 90 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund of the 1/3rd required at the time of booking, minus the cancellation fee of $399. If canceled within 90-60 days to arrival date will result in a 100% forfeiture of the required 1/3rd made at the time of booking. Cancelations made 60 days or less to the date of arrival will result in a 100% forfeiture of all monies paid towards the reservation to include all taxes and fees. Beach Reunion reserves the right to charge the card on file if cancellations are made when the final payment has not yet been made. If canceled and payment was not received, Beach Reunion legally retains the right to seek remaining payment.
Check in time is 3pm central with check out time being 9am. 1 week prior to your arrival date, codes for the home and private beach gated access will be sent via email to you. This will also include the house rules and any other important information needed during your stay. While staying with us, we strongly encourage all guests to give us a call or contact us by email for any issues you have. We pride ourselves on our customer service and want to ensure a great stay.
If any issues are found upon check in, please notify the office immediately so we can rectify the situation promptly allowing your stay to be as uninterrupted as possible, Our office is open daily from 9am to 5pm central time. If an after hours emergency was to arise ( whole house power outage, codes not working, fire, major leaks) we do have an after hours number.

About the owner: Beach Reunion has been managing vacation rentals on the Emerald Coast for over sixteen years. We specialize in large luxury beach homes sleeping 14 to 30 people. We are a boutique business with vacation rentals primarily along Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach, Florida. We also have a coastal collection of smaller homes and a group of gulf front condos.
Our homes are located in Frangista Beach, Destiny East, Destiny West, Destiny by the Sea, Emerald Waters, Shipwatch, Crystal Beach and other prestigious neighborhoods. Many are Gulf Front homes directly on Scenic Gulf Dr.
Our collection of large homes feature beautiful swimming pools, summer kitchens, media rooms, custom bunk rooms and king suites with private bathrooms. Our guests come year after year for family reunions, golfing trips, weddings, and corporate groups. Our amenities include golf cart rentals, beach chair services as well as our concierge services for golf, dining and wedding planning.
In 2018, we entertained over 15,000 guests in our 40 properties and over 100 weddings. Many of our guests have been staying with us year after year for five to ten years and rent different homes in our program as we build, upgrade and add new properties.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is there an Age Requirement
All homes managed by Beach Reunion require our guests to be 25 years of age or older in order to reserve and stay in the home. Exclusions only apply to those traveling in a family vacation with younger children. No student groups/ student groups with chaperones. No exceptions
What temperature is the pool heated to?
The pool during our pool heating season of 10/01-05/01 will reach between 86-90 degrees maximum. The spa cannot heat higher than the pool. The pool and spa will remain at the same temperature and heated at the same time. This is preset and locked by our pool company. Tampering with pool equipment will result in a fine.
Where is the beach access for the home?
The beach access for this community is located at the beachfront restaurant The Crab Trap. This will be about a 15 minute walk from the home or just a few minutes drive. There is ample parking at the restaurant as well.
