Direct Oceanfront - Heated Pool & Hot Tub

This beautiful, state of the art, condo with all the extras was a crowd pleaser for our family!

Our family considers Daytona our home away from home and this condo did not disappoint. The spacious three bedroom, three bath unit was completely stocked with everything you would need to feel at home. From the high end kitchen and appliances, to the bar room/ office space, to the comfortable king sized master bedroom numbers bed, to the large capacity front load washer and dryer, this place has it all. It was especially nice to enjoy a sunrise or sunset on this large balcony with several cushioned chairs and lounges, and an additional high top table that seats three. The beautiful glass top dining table seats 6 and there is additional seating for three at the counter. Each of the three bedrooms have large walk in closets. The master bath has an oversized garden tub and large walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and private full bath with a tub. The third bedroom- the kid room - has a bunk with a twin on the top over a full bed with an extra pullout twin below. The third bath has a walk-in shower. There are plenty of linens and even beach towels for the beach. Our family particularly liked the automatic privacy shades and auto lights in the closets and hallways which are great for kids. Of course the many flat screen TVs throughout the condo were nice as well. Each unit has a reserved parking spot in the basement garage and an additional unassigned spot in the upper lot. We also took advantage of the beach wagon and canopy that is also provided if you didn’t bring your own. This was perfect for our family!

Great Condo!!

Our family just stayed at Sanibel 303. This is our second stay here and just like last time it was a great vacation. This condo comes with the best parking spot right by the garage door. It always has tons of beach chairs and beach toys/accessories included. It is also very accomodating for wheelchairs. The condo is always very clean and organized. We will be back next year!!

Enjoyed every minute of our stay!

We were able to stay in this unit for 6 weeks. Some of our time was with our children and grandchildren and sometime with friends. Everybody had a wonderful time. The unit is well equipped with towels and beach towels. All of the towels were n excellent condition. We really wanted for nothing.Being an early riser I enjoyed getting up and watching the sunrise with my cup of coffee. I have countless pictures of the sun rising and even a few of the full moon rising in early April. My wife enjoyed the blackout blinds in the bedroom as she is not an early riser!The beach is amazing, there are many great restaurants close and hand....some within walking distance. If you want to cook there is lots of room in the kitchen for more than one and all the tools you will need.I had to do some work while I was here and it was great having the extra computer screens available!MaryAnn was responsive to any requests we had. Thank you MaryAnn for providing such a comfortable and well equipped home for your guests to enjoy!

Amazing and Breathtaking View

Sanibel 303 was the perfect escape from the craziness of life. I looked for an escape based on the balcony was it was just what I was looking for. The entire condo was like being at home with every possible amenity plus more. This is the perfect place for rest and relaxation yet close enough to everything if you want to be active. Everyone I came in contact with at the building was friendly and helpful. MaryAnn was great to work with and I would definitely recommend MaryAnn and Sanibel 303 to anyone looking for a great vacation getaway. Sanibel 303 is a Gem, I did not want to leave.

Paradise

Everything was perfectly detailed. From the blanket for the balcony on cool evenings to the round ball ice maker for drinks. The balcony was simply gorgeous in the evenings looking at stars or watching the sunrise in the mornings. Only one problem we didn’t have enough time to enjoy everything there was to do there.

Best of the best!

We rented Sanibel 303 for two weeks in September 2022 and what a great choice this was. Not a negative to be found. From the electric shades, numbered bed, top of the line stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer, leather furniture, balcony furniture, everything was awesome. Clean open spaces with an amazing beachfront view. A great owner who even emailed us while we were there to let us know we could watch the rocket launch from the balcony which was amazing! This condo and the owner are the best of the best!! Only regret is Hurricane Ian sent us home three days early but great memories.

You won't regret the decision to stay at Sanibel 303. You can look forward to waking up to the sound of the ocean with great Atlantic sunrises and sunsets. The place is very comfortable and roomy with quality furniture, classy decorations, and new appliances. I appreciated that it didn't feel like a rental; it felt like home.First Class all the way!

A slice of Heaven on Earth

Well, we just got home from our week of vacation this year at MaryAnn’s Sanibel 303. As always, we could not have asked for any better of a vacation home away from home! This condo is outstanding ! It is immaculately clean, beautifully furnished, and comfortable. The well appointed kitchen provides everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. The beds are extremely comfortable. The condo is quiet and relaxing. Morning coffee on the balcony is a great way to start the day as you listen to the waves, watch the dolphins frolic in the surf, and people watch the beach walkers as they pass by all as you watch the sun crack the horizon. As the day begins to heat up, the beach or the pool is just steps away. The beach wagon, canopy, chairs, and toys in the garage parking spot provide all that you will need for a great day on the beach. If you would prefer just to read a book and relax, you can choose one from MaryAnn’s library and read while you sit in the cool of the condo, or sit in the comfy balcony chairs, or take a lounge chair at the pool. We are repeat customers and have stayed at Sanibel 303 for a number of years now and we are impressed each year as we arrive at how well MaryAnn not only maintains the property, but in the improvements that she regularly adds to the property. We highly recommend Sanibel 303 to anyone looking for a top notch beach vacation. We rate it 5 stars - but would gladly give it 100 stars if the rating system went that high !

Perfect Beach Vacation

This was a wonderful trip. The condo was awesome. They owners have thought of everything. They supply beach towels, canopy for the beach, beach chairs. The condo has lots of space for when you need alone time, but games and books for entertainment as well. The furnishings in the condo were exceptional. Beds were comfy. The balcony was a perfect space. Just so nice. Will definitely plan to return. Thank you.

Keyless entries and beach supplies made vacation much more pleasant!

One problem when driving to a destination is having to bring all the beach supplies. This condo provided beach chairs, canopy, and a beach wagon. I did not have to bring them in my car. That gave everyone in the car more room. They keyless entries for the room and all building entries were very confident. We did not worry about who had the keys. The condo itself was nicely furnished. It also had all the kitchen supplies that one may need. The balcony had very comfortable furniture. I really like the shoe rack by the front door. Less sand came into the room. Bathroom were clean with nice rugs for each shower. There was a working refrigerator with water and ice maker on the outside door. The glass top stove was easy too keep clean. Was a great place to stay. Mary Ann was very helpful throughout our stay.

Wonderful beach vacation

This was the best vacation possible. From the wedding on the beach outside the condo to the lovely sunrises every morning. The condo is perfectly decorated with every convenience you could possibly want or need. Look forward to many more trips to Sanibel

A wonderful and spacious place to stay that was very family friendly and comfortable!

Sanibel 303 was an amazing place too stay and the condo fit our family very well (5 adults and 1 infant). To highlight a few things, the beach front view from the patio deck was amazing and very well furnished. The beach supplies were great and very beneficial, especially the EZ-Up canopy along with the beach wagon and chairs. The condo pretty much has everything you could imagine from a well supplied kitchen, internet/cable TV, and even had a high chair and pack'n'play which was very handy for our family.As far as issues we did not encounter any. Even parking 2 cars worked well and that included 2 days of the parking lot being closed for resurfacing. I want to say a big thanks to MaryAnn for notifying us before hand that the lot would be closed. Speaking of MaryAnn, just want to say a big Thank you! MaryAnn is amazing as she answered all our questions and as mentioned gave us good notifications in advance for anything we needed to know. Thank you MaryAnn!The last thing I do want to mention is Sanibel is the last condo on Daytona Beach Shores that still has ramp access for cars. Although traffic is not near as busy as the main drag of Daytona Beach you will still have traffic. Personally our family enjoyed this as a form of entertainment, however, for those who want to avoid traffic no worries as the "traffic free" part of the beach is just as close. Overall if you're looking for a great place to relax on the beach that feels like a "home away from home" then I would recommend Sanibel 303.

Sanibel 303 exceeded all expectations starting with an amazing sunrise view to start your day!

MaryAnn was an exceptional host with excellent communication. Everything you read about Sanibel 303 is accurate. The unit was nicely furnished and has very comfortable seating on the balcony. The appliances were all high end, including the washer/dryer in the unit. We found Sanibel 303 to be very clean, including everything in the well-stocked kitchen. The master bath is large with a jetted tub and even included a lighted make-up mirror. Loved the sleep number bed. The unit was stocked with books and games for all ages in case you have a rainy day. The building itself is very secure and well maintained with assigned underground parking close to the elevator. The pool is large enough for lap swimming which was enjoyed. There are 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms with 2 master suites at opposite ends of the unit. MaryAnn has thought of everything you might need for a great vacation. This was one of the nicest units we have ever stayed in! Highly recommend.

Exceeded Expectations!

If you are looking at the pictures and description of this home, then rest assured, it is maybe even better than advertised. What a great place to enjoy the beach and area. Nothing I could add in addtion to MaryAnn's excellent overview of all the amenities it offers.Two couples from Minnesota could not have asked for a better getaway. Great location far enough away from town, that even during bike week, was quiet and not too busy.We enjoyed renting e-bikes and cruising the beach, good restaraunts (try the Royal Red Shrimp at Crabby Joe's), and golfing nearby.Thank You MaryAnn!!

Great stay at oceanfront Sanibel 303

Maryann is a wonderful host and was very accommodating with my last minute needs for a beautiful, clean home away from home to stay while visiting family. The oceanfront condo has everything you need to cook and feel comfortable. The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are all good sized with comfortable bedding. Everything you need and more for the most relaxing time away from home!

Me, my 3 sisters and our honorary sister were pleasantly surprised by this most beautiful, relaxing, very spacious yet cozy, comfortable, inviting, fully stocked, beautifully decorated, absolutely gorgeous, beach home! It was so peaceful and relaxing that we found it so easy to nap in the comfortable lounge chairs on the large balcony, while listening to the ocean waves roll in. The fully stocked kitchen made it so easy to cook that we really never had to even leave for meals if we didn't want to. It was truly a home away from home but so much more. The warm breeze, beautiful views and gorgeous sunrise all from your balcony view made this home away from home more like heaven here on earth. We cannot wait to visit again. We had a wonderful stay-cation all the way from Lakeland, FL but felt like we were in another Country and it was amazing! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay. We are forever blessed! Wonderful family vacation on the beach!

My family had a wonderful vacation at this property. The unit was clean and well equipped with all the things you would need for the kitchen and bathroom. There was also a handful of great things for the beach like a wagon for all the stuff, chairs, towels, and a tent for shade. The view was amazing and I loved hearing the sound of the waves from throughout the unit. Would highly recommend staying here.

Best oceanfront beach place we have ever stayed in!!!

We have vacationed on Florida's east coast for years. This is by far the nicest oceanfront property - we will be back again and again! Absolutely Perfect In Every Way!

Our family has vacationed at many beach front properties. We have finally found the best at Sanibel 303. This condo is by far the cleanest, most beautifully decorated and maintained, and has the most generous amenities. If we could rate it higher than 5-Star, we would! The owner has thought of everything to make our stay relaxing, fun, and stress free… From the keyless entry to the fully stocked linens, towels, soaps, paper products, appliances, cookware, games, beach chairs, umbrellas, boards, bikes, toys, etc. Oh, and the balcony furniture is unlike any we’ve ever lounged on! It is padded for extra comfort which makes the spectacular oceanfront views even better. We enjoyed countless hours watching sunrises, surfers, waves, birds, dolphins, and gazing at the moon and stars. The location is very convenient to restaurants, shops, parks, and the Sunglow Pier. We appreciate the owner’s helpfulness with our questions and look forward to returning again and again.
