This is our second time to stay at Cindy's place. The room is great for two people! We spent a lot of time on the balcony viewing the ocean, and spent one full day sitting out on the beach at the included beach service chairs/umbrella. No complaints about the rental or communication with owner. May stay again next year! Trying to understand if our group if growing or not.

Perfect getaway for my first solo trip since my divorce. It was refreshing and peaceful. I felt safe and no concerns. The view was magical. I saw dolphins every day. Cindy is a joy to work with and had many helpful suggestions.

Joel E.Surfside Resort on the Emerald Coast of Florida.
My 1B1B condo stay on the 11 floor of the Surfside Resort was paradise, to me. This beautifully appointed, South facing, walk out balcony, condo is so comfortable and quiet and completely detailed and well designed for the rest and relaxation, that every long term vacation requires!!! The view alone provides very peaceful sunrises and very moving sunsets, over the ever changing colors of the blue skies and emerald to cobalt Gulf waters and waves. Wow!!! Various types of birds would fly by the view or be seen on the inviting, white quartz beach and shoreline, below, and Oh...the Surfside Resort has clean, spacious amenities, like the hot tub and pool areas, including an excellent restaurant and friendly, bar facillities. As I said, all very comfortable. The condo owner and hostess, Cindy, is very gracious and helpful....very important!!!
