The condo isn’t on the beach but it was nice to see the boats go by and even some dolphins! The condo building is older but clearly has been renovated and was very nice and comfortable. Really like the in condo washer and dryer. I know most people don’t come here to cook but some of the pots and pans had baked on food left in them and there weren’t really any decent chopping knives. There are no hot pads either. It wasn’t a huge problem but it would be nice to have for next time! We enjoyed playing Pickleball at the condo and really enjoyed the pool in the sun EVERY DAY since we are from MI and rarely see it this time of year!

I am a 61 year old male and have been to many, many vacation spots but this Marko Island stay was sooo special. The condo was located on a quieter part of the Island, BUT close to everything.... I could sit on my balcony, look out over the pool and enjoy the amazing view of the cove and watch the sun come up.The condo was just recently updated in every way and was spotless and so, so comfortable in every way. I will be going back as soon as possible and getting in and out of the Condo complex was super easy.JUST AMAZING IN EVERY WAY!!!

This complex is so much fun with all of the fishing boats coming in for gas and bait in the morning and retuning to weigh their catch in the afternoon plus celebrate by having a beer or cocktail at our bar, its always so fun to interact with them. Your will find many of the people from the complex down at the bar late afternoon to visit and exchange stories over a drink. Fun, Fun, Fun!!"

The care that was put into the decor of the condo was evident the minute we opened the door. The owners made it beautiful, cozy, and welcoming. The furnishings and appliances are up to date. The daily views of the sunrises and the boats were the highlights of each day. We actually would get up early just to watch the sun rise from the lanai. Temperature was between 70 and 80 for highs during the first two weeks of January when we were there. The location lends itself to a variety of activities (swimming, shopping, dining, entertainment, etc). Everything is relatively close. (Snook"s Inn is right around the corner). The people who reside at the complex are very friendly and helpful. There are young families as well as retired couples present and we made some friends almost immediately. If you like to fish, there is a pier out front. Ric and Deanna are wonderful hosts if you need anything. They are knowledgeable about Marco Island and give wonderful suggestions for things to do. We will definitely stay there again. We are going back next year for a full month as there were only 12 days available for our stay this time.

Snooks is a very fun restaurant with in walking distance, but just outside our door is Marek's which is a historical building and is my favorite restaurant on the whole Island. If you like bike riding you can rent them right out front of our complex as well. And we have boat rentals right next door. Truly the funnest place to stay on Marco!!!"
