Enjoy our gorgeous 12th floor, full beachfront Marco Island getaway with Southern exposure. Take in the spectacular views - especially at sunset – from throughout the apartment and from the wraparound balcony. You can enjoy stunning views of the powderwhite, 5-mile long beach, stretching from Cape Marco to Crescent, Tigertail and Hideaway Beaches.
Our non-smoking, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit is tastefully decorated in beach chic colors and bathes in natural light. The unit was completely renovated in 2015.
The master bedroom has a king size bed. The guest bedroom has two twin beds. While the unit is ideal for up to 4 people, there is also a very comfortable queen size pullout sofa in the living room, allowing you to comfortably sleep up to 6 people.
Cable TV is provided in the living room and in both bedrooms. Free wifi is available throughout the unit. A DVD player is provided in the living room (blu-ray) and in the guest room.
The kitchen features brand new stainless steel appliances and comes fully equipped with a french-door refrigerator/freezer, ice maker, dishwasher, stove and microwave.
Washer and dryer (payment) are provided on our floor. A gym is available in the building lobby.
South Seas NorthWest is a gated community with 24/7 security, with meticulously maintained grounds and landscaping, featuring private direct beach access, tennis courts (fee), pickle ball, bocce, and pleasant waterfront walking along the boat docks.
A large heated pool is available year-round.
Covered garage space available and parking is covered as part of your mandatory registration fee.

Area Information
Marco Island is a barrier island in the Gulf of Mexico and is the largest of the 10,000 Islands. When we visited Marco the first time in 1996, we fell in love instantaneously and have been visiting here ever since. The powder white, miles-long beach from Cape Marco all the way to Hideaway Beach along the majestic Gulf of Mexico is perfect for long casual walks or, if you are in the mood for it, great long runs. It is ideal for shelling, for frequent dolphin sightings and - of course - for the most amazing sunsets. In our minds, Marco Island truly is paradise on earth.
Marco Island can be reached by car from Naples (APF) and Fort Myers (RSW) airports in under 1 hour. Miami (MIA) and Fort Lauderdale (FLL) international airports are about a 2-hour drive. The island features dozens of restaurants, from casual to fine dining. There are great shopping opportunities in the island boutiques, nearby malls and outlet shopping centers. Several grocery stores are within very easy reach.
Attractions Within Walking Distance
Our unit is located right on the beach, which is of course the main attraction. Keep in mind that the beach is at its widest where we are and it will take you a few minutes to reach the water.

About the owner: We are a family of 5 from Long Island, NY. My wife and I vacationed for the first time in Marco Island in 1996. We received a week's stay as a wedding gift. We have been coming back every year since, and purchased our first condo in 2012. Our three boys love their "beach house" and our frequent getaways there.
We completely renovated the condo in 2015. We decorated it to our taste and as if we were living there full time.
We frequently upgrade furniture and amenities, so that the condo always has a brand new feel.
We absolutely love the views, especially at sunset.
Why this property? The views are just amazing. From the wraparound balcony, you can see the entire oceanfront.
The beach is at it widest point where we are, but in our opinion that gives it an extra charm, especially with the lagoon, where you can see the fish jump all day long.
Restaurants and stores are very close by, many of them within walking distance.
We like the fact that the condominium complex is completely fenced and with a very active security team.

Condo offered an awesome view and was beautifully decorated. We enjoyed our stayed and will go back. The only improvement would be for basics like paper towels, napkins, and hand soap. I also recommend they give you more then 4 wash clothes for 4 people for a 7 day stay. Communications was great. We highly recommend this condo.

Just got back from our Marco Island vacation! We loved this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. It was very clean , beautifully decorated, oceanfront views and we always felt safe there. Complex has a large pool shared with tower #4 and it was never very crowded. The beach is quite a walk because it is a very expansive but you are situated directly in front of the ocean and the lagoon by Tigertail beach. Found tons of shells during low tide and early morning. Condo provided everything you need for the beach and kitchen had everything you could need. Communication with Garritt was great and my $300 security deposit was sent back to me in just a few days. Restaurants were just minutes away and if you need Dunkin every morning like us it is just a few blocks away. Overall a great experience and reasonably priced, plus you can book by the week in June rather than a month. Try it out, you won’t be disappointed!

This is an amazing condo in a great location. The views are spectacular from anywhere on the wraparound balcony, with super comfy outdoor furniture. The condo is spacious, with tons of storage (large walk-in closet, dresser and cabinet space), which really allows you to unpack everything and make it home during your stay. The kitchen has all the dishes and utensils you need, ice packs, water dispenser & ice maker, etc. Loved the TVs in each room, with so many channels to choose from, and the fun collection of CDs to listen to. One closet is full of everything you would need for the beach. The property and pool area are very clean and well-maintained. The town is easy to get around in, and there are so many restaurants with fantastic food. We really look forward to returning to Marco Island and staying here. The sunsets are unforgettable.

DanMarco Island Vacation 2022
We appreciated the safety and security provided immediately upon arrival. It was a sign of a well-run organization and carried through for our entire two-week stay. We enjoyed the quiet location, with a direct view of the gulf and its great sunsets, along with the nature view of the lagoon where you can watch birds dive for fish. Views from the balcony down the beach were great also, with a very nice day and nighttime views of the inland side. The wrap-around balcony offered sitting options to choose sun or shade throughout the day. The condo was in good condition when we arrived, and check-in was easy. The kitchen was equipped with cookware, utensils, plates, dishes, etc to allow us the option to prepare meals when desired. The owner was prompt with communication and accommodating with information. The pool area is well-designed for relaxing on lounge chairs or to sit and read or visit. The pool is well-maintained along with the entire outside area surrounding the building. Parking was easy, under cover, with easy access in and out, while carts were available and handy to transport our things in and out. It would be difficult to say anything negative about our stay in South Seas 1211, Tower 3, so I will just say our experience was great!

We rented 1211, tower 3 on Seaview ct. This is a beautiful condo that is open & airy, The views off the wrapped balcony of the beach is absolutely stunning! The owner made my stay as simple I have ever had in the rental agreement. Can’t say enough great things during our 2 weeks! Please check it out! You will not be sorry!!

We have stayed in many places on the beach and this unit was perfect! It has awesome views, nicely updated, nice pool and the unit comes with all the basic essentials for life on the beach! We would definitely recommend renting this unit and would return also. We give this a five star rating! Also the owners are very nice and accomodating!

This was the second time we rented this condo from Gerrit. Once again, we had a wonderful stay. Our favorite thing about the condo is the view and the wrap around balcony. We enjoyed long walks on the beach and shelling. There were a couple issues that we mentioned to Gerrit and he promptly took care of them. We hope to return in the near future.

We were in town for a wedding and extended stay. This is a beautiful updated condo with phenomenal views of the ocean and sunsets. The wrap around patio has nice furniture to enjoy the views and relax. Unit also has nice beach chairs and is beautifully decorated. We also enjoyed the pickle ball courts right across the street. Gerrit was a great host and checked in to see if we needed anything. Thanks for letting us enjoy your beach home!
