About the Property
Enjoy our gorgeous 12th floor, full beachfront Marco Island getaway with Southern exposure. Take in the spectacular views - especially at sunset – from throughout the apartment and from the wraparound balcony. You can enjoy stunning views of the powderwhite, 5-mile long beach, stretching from Cape Marco to Crescent, Tigertail and Hideaway Beaches.
Our non-smoking, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit is tastefully decorated in beach chic colors and bathes in natural light. The unit was completely renovated in 2015.
The master bedroom has a king size bed. The guest bedroom has two twin beds. While the unit is ideal for up to 4 people, there is also a very comfortable queen size pullout sofa in the living room, allowing you to comfortably sleep up to 6 people.
Cable TV is provided in the living room and in both bedrooms. Free wifi is available throughout the unit. A DVD player is provided in the living room (blu-ray) and in the guest room.
The kitchen features brand new stainless steel appliances and comes fully equipped with a french-door refrigerator/freezer, ice maker, dishwasher, stove and microwave.
Washer and dryer (payment) are provided on our floor. A gym is available in the building lobby.
South Seas NorthWest is a gated community with 24/7 security, with meticulously maintained grounds and landscaping, featuring private direct beach access, tennis courts (fee), pickle ball, bocce, and pleasant waterfront walking along the boat docks.
A large heated pool is available year-round.

Area Information
Marco Island is a barrier island in the Gulf of Mexico and is the largest of the 10,000 Islands. When we visited Marco the first time in 1996, we fell in love instantaneously and have been visiting here ever since. The powder white, miles-long beach from Cape Marco all the way to Hideaway Beach along the majestic Gulf of Mexico is perfect for long casual walks or, if you are in the mood for it, great long runs. It is ideal for shelling, for frequent dolphin sightings and - of course - for the most amazing sunsets. In our minds, Marco Island truly is paradise on earth.
Marco Island can be reached by car from Naples (APF) and Fort Myers (RSW) airports in under 1 hour. Miami (MIA) and Fort Lauderdale (FLL) international airports are about a 2-hour drive. The island features dozens of restaurants, from casual to fine dining. There are great shopping opportunities in the island boutiques, nearby malls and outlet shopping centers. Several grocery stores are within very easy reach.

About the owner: We are a family of 5 from Long Island, NY. My wife and I vacationed for the first time in Marco Island in 1996. We received a week's stay as a wedding gift. We have been coming back every year since, and purchased our first condo in 2012. Our three boys love their "beach house" and our frequent getaways there.
We completely renovated the condo in 2015. We decorated it to our taste and as if we were living there full time.
We frequently upgrade furniture and amenities, so that the condo always has a brand new feel.
We absolutely love the views, especially at sunset.
Why this property? The views are just amazing. From the wraparound balcony, you can see the entire oceanfront.
The beach is at it widest point where we are, but in our opinion that gives it an extra charm, especially with the lagoon, where you can see the fish jump all day long.
Restaurants and stores are very close by, many of them within walking distance.
We like the fact that the condominium complex is completely fenced and with a very active security team.

A perfect spot for a Florida getaway.
We absolutely loved this condo. Having spent many years in Marco and enjoying all the Island has to offer, we had been looking for the perfect vacation place. We found it and for us it enhanced the wonderful aura that is Marco Island.
