This wonderful condo offers view of 10th fairway and pond from lanai and dining area. With cathedral ceilings and tile floors, this beautifully decorated and furnished condo is comfortable and relaxing. Conveniently located across from the Miromar Outlets, it is accessible to shopping, dining and entertainment. 20 minutes from beaches, 30 minutes from Naples and 40 minutes from Sanibel island you are never far from attractions. The condo is located on the Stoneybrook Golf Course and offers discount golfing. Included with the condo is the community center, pools, hot tub, athletic fields and courts and other amenities. Walking paths are located throughout the gated community, and continue throughout most of Estero and the surrounding communities. The Germain Arena is within walking distance and hosts an ice hockey team as well as a variety of other events. Catch and release fishing is available at over a dozen ponds within the community, and the Estero River is only two miles away.

We stayed at the Motter’s condo beginning of June 2021 and had a lovely time. The condo was super clean and spacious. Close to amenities we could walk too. The gym and pool were nice. Had great communication with the Motters and very friendly. We loved the beaches. Highly recommend! We hope to return in the future ☀️

Our month vacation at Stoneybrook Golf Community "A Piece of Heaven" condo was fantastic. The condo was extremely well kept and clean. Although we brought many of our own staples and necessities, the condo's pantry was very nicely stocked if I would have needed anything. It was fantastic that the owners also allowed us their golf "privileges" at Stoneybrook. If you are a golfer, you will definitely enjoy the course!! The community was lovely as were the amenities there. Hopefully, next year Duffy's restaurant will be open. The location was absolutely perfect for getting anywhere, shopping, beaches, and the interstate. Booked for next year!!
