We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves during our stay, and this townhouse had exactly what we needed. The access to the beach is very easy, and there was no problem social distancing since it is away from the heavy trafficked areas. The full kitchen enabled us to accommodate my kid's meal preferences and minimize the restaurant exposure. It was great to have a full sized washer and dryer available, so that we could keep our beach attire clean. We had plenty of room to accommodate the 5 of us, and my kids had a blast. Johnny was very helpful and responsive, and I enjoyed working with him.

The downsides of our trip were all nit-picky in-general and are listed to help future guests. The king sized bed in the master is too firm for our preferences, so if you like softer beds you may want to consider bringing an "egg crate" pad. The dryer is stacked on the washer, and the buttons and menu are hard to see if you are less than 6 ft or so. The garage is attached to the house, but no access directly between the garage and house. We had intended to pull into the garage and unload from there to avoid the rain. The last one was we had three water bugs in the house when we arrived. I know that it is Florida and they are everywhere, but I thought that the maid service would have addressed them that morning since they were out in the open. Luckily we encountered no additional unintended visitors on our trip.

we originally were going to stay in gulf shores Ala but thanks to hurricane Sally our plans changed my wife was online for 8 hours when she found this place but glad she did the beach was amazing the house a little smaller than we were going to rent but did the job just fine johnny did great explaining everything to sum up we had an amazing time love the house if you want piece and quiet beautiful beach call johnny v thanks

This property is near enough to town for easy shopping and far enough from public beach crowds for relaxing days by the water. I wish we could have stayed for a month!

Townhouse is absolutely perfect. It has everything you need for a wonderful family vacation. Johnny was always available to answer any questions we had as well.
