Our shores are the largest egg-laying grounds in the world! Just 1 hour to Disney World & 35 minutes to Kennedy Space Center. Golf courses galore!
Reservations are weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Exceptions can be made during our slower rental months.

I absolutely love this townhouse! This is one of the best properties I've ever stayed in!!! It is really spacious and super clean! Townhouse is 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms! Perfect to accomodate 6 people comfortably. The first floor - has the patio door that takes you directly to the beach. Second floor - master bedroom is big and has a balcony that gives you the best view of the ocean. You can see the most beautiful sunrise from your balcony from the master room. The best thing about this property is convenience of just open your patio door and just step out to your private beach. The views are amazing and the beach is secluded even during summer months. We absolutely love this property and the excellent customer service from Johnny the owner! He was very nice and helpful and always answered when I called him with any questions. Thanks Johnny! ️ we will definetely go back.

Johnny and Susan were amazing to deal with. They make you feel like family. Extremely helpful with reservations, payment, and check in and out process. Even when we had a flat while there, gave us contacts to help. The house is amazing. It has anything you could possibly need. Every household item you could want while on vacation, up to date appliances, cookware, etc. Beautiful decorated, extremely comfortable furniture, best sleeping beds. And the view is unreal. Walk out the back door and in approximately 60 steps you are on the beach! Beautiful sunrises and dreamy sunsets. And a place that feels like home. Private beach, only saw 2 other families the whole week. We will definitely be back many many times.

My family and I just stayed at this house and really enjoyed the location. Just steps away from the sand and near town for everything else we needed. The owner was very accommodating and quick to return my inquiries. Would definitely recommend and will probably stay here again.
