We booked this condo and it was just what we needed! Walked to Coco Plum beach every morning. Read books and swam in the pool which was always clean and warm. Having our boat was a huge plus! Owners were very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend booking this condo for a get away!

We had a wonderful time while staying in Marathon at your beautiful home. The only thing that would have made it better would have been utilizing the boat dock with our own boat an fishing but we had a chance to meet some of the locals and other guest in the area and had a very relaxing time. We look forward to coming back in future years and staying in this little piece of paradise.

Decided on this condo because it had a private boat ramp. When we arrived it was as advertised and much more. The unit was well done and very CLEAN. My wife is a designer by trade and she was impressed. Our stay thru the week was a lot of fun as we visited many of the local attractions and tried many of the recommended businesses that Deanna had on her things to do list. The fishing was easy because of the easy access via the private boat ramp. I do want to give a special thanks to Albert & Deanna as they were super and assisted us several times on an immediate basis (as when I locked myself out of the unit) They responded quickly and always had the right answer. My wife and I will visit again in the coming season.

First off, Deanna and Katie were amazing to work with and extremely accommodating. The condo was perfect, the beds super comfortable, which isn't always the case in rentals. It was outfitted perfectly for our stay. And the location is just ideal, close to everything. The pool.......................FABULOUS!!!! And the locals who live there were SO nice and helpful. If we are fortunate enough to get back to the Keys, I would absolutely stay in this Condo again. I really liked not being in the "hub bub touristy" location of Key West, but able to spend the day there but have a nice relaxing place to go "home" to at the end of the day. Oh my gosh, the places to eat around Marathon were amazing too. We didn't experience a bad place to fact, had a hard time choosing going back to one we had already been to or trying a new one. It is a "foodies" paradise. We intended to cook in one or two nights as the Condo was very well stocked with everything you would need, but the recommendations of restaurants was just too hard to resist. I can honestly say, a week wasn't enough time. Thank you Deanna and Katie for everything!!!! Also, SO much to do in Marathon. We stayed in Deana and Albert’s unit 208 fin Avenue D. Unit has been updated recently and looks newer than other units in the same complex.Check in to unit was seamless. The unit is compact but certainly large enough for two of us. Balcony was pleasant to eat breakfast dinner was more difficult because sunset was around 5:30 so it was dark.Unit is well equipped with kitchen ware for cooking.Owner’s were very quick to take care of us when we had questions.The Island fishery restaurant across the street has very good food. We also liked Key Fishery about 4 miles away.The best beach in the area is Sombrero Beach. Great facilities there and no issues parking but I presume it would be worse during high seasonGood location in keys for trips to Key West, islamorada etcA good stay, responsive owners will stay here again in the futureBill Tom

I would like to thank Deanna and Katie for a wonderful vacation I had while staying in Marathon key. The condo was more than I had expected. Very clean and had everything I needed for my stay. The location was perfect for me since I was fishing in Islamorada and Marathon. We also made a couple visits to Key West as we made it to all my favorite pubs and restaurants. Martin P.Home away from home
We had originally planned to go to Mexico for 2 months in January and February but with COVID decided to stay in the US. We found Deanna's condo in late December and switched our plans to Marathon. Deanna was wonderful to work with as well as Katie the realtor. When we arrived there was construction being done and we were a little concerned however we opened the door to the condo and our concerns were alleviated. Deanna has done a wonderful job renovating the condo and we quickly felt like we were at home. The construction ended after a couple weeks and the entire property looks so much better from it now that the buildings have been painted and fixed up. The boat slip was great and it was wonderful to have our boat right outside the condo. We spent hours in the pool each day as it was perfectly heated to the right temperature. The people who lived at the condos were wonderful and we made many friends over our stay. We had originally intended to stay just 2 months but were enjoying it so much Deanna allowed us to extend for a 3rd month. If it weren't for work, we almost extended again. Marathon was a wonderful place to spend time with just enough to do to stay entertained but laid back enough to relax. We could easily avoid the tourists as the condo is close to everything but away from the highest traffic areas. We loved it so much we are thinking of buying down in Coco Plum. Thank you Deanna for such a wonderful place, we loved it!
