Engineered wood and tile on the first floor. Carpet in the loft. Fully furnished kitchen includes refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. Upgraded hickory cabinets and granite countertops. Refrigerator and stove were replaced in 2018.
Up to 2 small dogs allowed for a one time fee of $200 (must meet PGA rules). Sorry, no cats.
All utilities included.
