Master bedroom is on the second floor loft with a king size bed and has a large walk-in closet. 2nd bedroom on main floor has a queen bed.
Upstairs bath has a walk-in shower. Downstairs bath is a tub/shower combo.
Engineered wood and tile on the first floor. Carpet in the loft. Fully furnished kitchen with hickory cabinets and granite countertops includes refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, and utensils. Washer and dryer are also located in the kitchen.
Cable TV and internet with Comcast Xfinity. Access to most steaming services through the Xfinity X1 system.
There is a desk and computer monitor if you need to work.
Weber gas grill in the front courtyard. A small screened courtyard in the back.
Up to 2 small dogs allowed for a one time fee of $200 (must follow all PGA and HOA rules). Sorry, no cats or other animals.
All utilities included.
Golf and Tennis privileges at the PGA National Resort are not included with this rental.

This was one of our best stays in Florida. Just a few steps to the pool for a daily swim. A huge loft master bedroom. A great guest bedroom on the main floor. Parking not a problem. And Nick, the owner, so responsive to initial questions. I had a great desk in the living room to set up my vacation office. Couldn’t ask for a better place. And to top it off, this patio home was situated in the lush PGA complex in Palm Beach Gardens. Our only regret is that it is already rented for our dates in 2023. Thank you Nick!

Perfect location in Palm Beach Gardens at PGA. The pool is seconds away. Clean and everything needed was available in the house. Nick, the owner, was very flexible working out the details when our arrival was delayed. He is extremely responsive to email.

No. Just renting within PGA National does give you access to the resort. You have to be a member of the Resort. But the spa and some of the restaurants may be open to the public.
Yes for small, well behaved, house broken dogs. Requires a one time pet fee. No cats.
Yes. As long as your truck does not have any business signs on it.
