In your spacious open kitchen you will not lack anything.
Crockery and cutlery are sufficiently available to serve several guests, be it in your individual dining area or at the outdoor dining table on the patio by candlelight.
Bathrooms:
Your master bathroom has a walk-in shower as well as a bright white double vanity.
Your guest bathroom has a tiled walk in shower, and a bright white double vanity and is located between the two guest bedrooms in the guest wing on the other side of the villa. Ideall if you travel together with other couples or friends and everyone wants to have their own separate area.
Bedroom:
The villa has 3 bedrooms which sleep up to 6 people.
The master bedroom has a king size bed. It also has its own TV with cable connection and impresses with its very generous view of the optional illuminated pool and the lake.
Guest Bedroom No.1 has a King size bed in the bright white Coastal Beach Style overlooking the lake
Guest Bedroom No.2 has a Queen Size Bed in bright white Coastal Beach Style.
Outside terrace/lanai:
In your spacious outdoor area (tiled terrace and additional pool deck), both comfort furniture and dining furniture are available.
The outdoor dining area has a woven wicker rattan table with seating for 6 people.
There are also 4 pool lounge chairs available
Here you can spend a cozy day at the pool to read a book in peace, to lay in the sun or just spend a cozy evening with friends.
The rear exposure of the terrace is west facing and gives you enough sunlight until the evening hours.
The pool size is above average and offers plenty of space for swimming and relaxing. Enjoy the refreshing pool both in summer on hot days and in winter on warm days, optionally also heated electrically with High End Pool Heater.
For your further convenience, the villa includes keyless entry (no key is required), you will receive from us a four digit code which will be your house key.

The property is located in the Spanish Wells golf community which is a gated community in Bonita Springs. Close to the 41 Tamiami Trail, which gives easy access to Naples in the south or Coconut Point / Miramar for shopping in the north. A large community area which allows safe and pleasant walking with friendly greetings by the local residents. I believe that it is the No.1 most improved golf course in the USA. The villa itself was a good size and was well equipped for all our needs, with a nice view over a lake to one of the fairways for the golf course. Clean and most importantly well maintained the pool and lanai provided a nice area to relax in the evenings, with plenty of furnishings for guests. Good storage throughout the Villa and in the kitchen. We had to evacuate for 3 nights due to Hurricane Milton, but Gunnar was "on the ball" with providing advice and guidance and on our return had replaced all the external furniture making it much easier to just walk back in and relax. Great professional manager who was quick to answer any enquiry we had and kept us informed. As someone mentioned before you get the use of the garage which contains the beach chairs, umbrellas and toys for kids to use in the pool or beach. Overall a great place to use as a base to communicate about as its close to some lovely beaches but good enough for the quite nights in or entertaining. Would certainly return.

We found Villa Sea Shell to be a bright and comfortable home. Enjoyed the pool and the view over the lake to the golf course.We enjoy walking and Spanish Wells was a great community to walk in. Gunnar was always quick to respond to our questions and very helpful. We will be returning!

Villa Sea Shell is in the Spanish Wells golf community, 2.5 miles from Bonita Beach and close to restaurants, grocery stores and everything on Tamiami Trail (41). 5th Avenue Naples is about 10 miles south and Coconut Point shopping about 5 miles north.The home is very spacious and perfect for couples traveling together, families or a couple with friends joining them periodically. The kitchen has everything you'd need and there is a BBQ grill on the lanai to take advantage of the sunsets over the pool. All furnishings are comfortable and the lanai furniture/dining table is covered in case the weather is not cooperating. Owners include access to the garage to keep cars covered and has plenty of room for bikes, beach toys, etc. Overall, an excellent place to call home for a week or a few weeks.The Spanish Wells community is large enough to bike around or take a walk of ny length. The residents are very friendly. Overall, a very comfortable accommodation we enjoyed enough to extend our stay by a week.
