NO LEASE REQUIRED. You only need your first month's rent and $600 security deposit. We will invoice you in about two weeks for the following month and then every 30 days for the duration of your stay. Stay as long as you like until next Dec. when winter rates lock in again. We ask for two weeks notice of your departure so that we can plan accordingly.

Our cancellation policy is standard in the rental industry. With 30 days notice of cancelling, a full refund is due. With two weeks or MORE, 1/2 refund is due. With LESS than two weeks notice of cancelling, no refund is available
