beautiful view from 16th floor. 2 quick running elevators. the condo is well equipped with everything you need. the other residents were very friendly and helpful. Alina, your host, was great to work with. there was a small furnace issue during the cold January. it was dealt with immediately it turned out to be a setting error on the back of the thermostat. we never had any other issues of any kind the length of our stay. the area was still recovering from hurricanes but was well on the way to getting back to normal when we left on the 1st of April. we have made other arrangements for next year but would highly recommend this listing. Great location.

We love the views from the balcony, overlooking the inter-coastal. Watching dolphins and osprey while having coffee. Condo is lovely, clean and very comfortable. Well equipped with pretty much everything you could need for your stay. The pool is wonderfully warm, with lots of seating, and just steps to the beach. A small gym on site, yoga, lots of organised social events offered. You can do as little or as much as you like. Alina, our host, was very friendly, helpful and responded quickly to our inquiries. Walking distance to several really nice restaurants (Seabreeze, Beach Pizza, Broke N Bored, Wahoo, Coco Wood Grill). Trolley stop directly outside the bldg -for a small cost travels Clearwater to St Petes. Bird sanctuary nearby, so any walkable areas. We stayed for 4 months, and we are sorry we couldnt do that again this season.
