740 sq. ft. This one bedroom, 2 bath gulf front condo located in 10th floor in the Summit resort offers majestic view of the Gulf of Mexico. This unit has just gone through an extensive renovation. Entrance hallway and bunk-beds have been updated and new sleeper sofa and granite breakfast bar/cabinets have been installed. Entire unit has been repainted. New memory foam bed in king bed in the bedroom, large sectional sleeper sofa and two built-in bunk beds maximize occupancy allowing 6 people to sleep comfortably. The unit has tile floor throughout including the balcony, hardwood floor in the bedroom and fully appointed kitchen with granite counter-top, large breakfast bar apart from separate work/dining table and washer / dryer. The large balcony is the perfect place to watch magical sunset while you unwind. After dark, you may decide to cozy up infront of the 60" flat panel TV in the living room or the 32" flat panel TV in the bedroom and watch a full array of entertainment offered by Roku streaming device with thousands of premium movies and shows included in Amazon Prime (included) and other free channels.
The Summit is loaded with amenities including 2 large swimming pools (one is heated seasonally), 2 kiddie pools, 2 outdoor hot tubs, indoor whirlpool, sauna, fitness center, tennis courts, shuffle board, snack bar, gift shops, game room, video arcade, computer room, children's play ground, Tiki bar, onsite restaurant and of course world’s most beautiful beach just outside your door. Me and my wife spent the month of February here and it was great. Sitting on the 10th floor balcony listening to the ocean and watching the few people walk the beach. The sunsets are beautiful. The location is great. Very relaxing and peaceful. The host did everything he said it was great. We'll book this unit again.

We loved this condo we have stayed in several at the Summit, but by far I was much happier with the whole process from setting reserving to checking in. Our room 1028 was very comfortable and clean with a beautiful view. This is our 2nd to book this room and look forward to booking again.

Unit was very nice and clean! Elevators worked fine the whole time just very very busy so waiting is understandable, Loved the 24hr access to the Beach! The Tiki Bar at the Summit was great! Great Drinks! Did not check out Bikini Bob's restaurant, we brought our own food, will definitely be back for another Getaway! Mr Sinha's unit 1028 is definitely my go to on any future visits to PCB!!

Thanks so much ,We had a great vacation!!The room was big enough to sleep 6,we had an excellent view of the beach and water, everyone was friendly.The room had everything we needed.The plus was 2 full bathrooms!They had a restaurant and tiki bar.The food and drinks were awesome.We didn't try out the game room or workout center though.All in all a Great trip.

I loved this cute vacation quite get away Can’t wait to book again I definitely recommend this for anyone. The weather was absolutely fantastic. The water was a bit cool when first getting in but adjusted quickly. We were close to Walmart. Shopping at Publix was close range. Pontoon boat rental was not very far from the condo. Restaurant we’re close. Pier park was just miles away. The price per night was reasonable. I looked on VRBO and immediately requested information. I received almost immediate response.

Summit 1028 Panama City Beach FL Great location, oceanfront with easy access to the beautiful white sandy beach and ocean. 2 pools with one being heated year round, 2 hot tubs and 2 kiddie pools. Nice grounds that are neatly kept, plenty of outdoor chairs, umbrellas, and swings all along the oceanfront and pool view. 4 elevators not much waiting. Our condo was clean and very comfortable with an ocean front view from the balcony that easily sits 4 people . The owner was very easy to work with and very detailed. He was also very easy to access with any questions, he always responded quickly. Great rate! we stayed March 6-15, 2022.

Spent Thanksgiving week ON The Beautiful Beach. Really nice balcony views are Great. The condo has everything needed. The unit is tasteful in decor, very nice. The Summit has a heated pool, hot tub friendly staff. It's not far from shopping or restaurants. Loved the fact that it is a Gated property,saw that you were checked Every time upon entering.

Took our family to Florida for the first time. The view was gorgeous! We didn’t need to do much else between hanging in the beach and swimming in one of the many pool options right at the condo. Didn’t even have to wear shoes because the beach was right behind our condo. The best part was going the week of the Independence Day holiday, beachfront fireworks almost every night! We loved our stay and will remember it for our next beach vacation!

Our rental condo was very comfortable and nicely decorated. Located perfectly for our personal needs. Gated area was awesome. Loved the walk in shower. The ocean was under 2 red flags, so we mostly enjoyed the pool and tiki bar. Would most definitely return to this rental.

The condo was perfect for our family of six! GREAT ocean view from our 10th floor balcony! Kids LOVED the pools and everyone enjoyed the ocean that was just steps away from the pool! Jet ski, chair & umbrella rentals right out in front of the condo also! We enjoyed many restaurants within walking distance! AWESOME place for the price!!! We will definitely be back!

The view is beautiful at Summit condo 1028. My sister came for a visit and we had plenty of room and enjoyed heated pool and watching beautiful sunsets. I stayed about 2 months. The owner is very nice and helpful.
