The grounds were well kept. The property is very close to the beach. The pool was simple and clean.

We stayed for 2 weeks over X-mas and New Years. All units are gulf front with amazing views and spectacular sunsets from the private spacious balcony. The pool and hot tub were perfect temperature. The property is very clean and well maintained. There are plenty of restaurants across Gulf Blvd. Grocery store is a 10 minute drive. Very comfortable bedding and linens with a brand new walk in shower in the master bath. Would highly recommend and definitely stay here agin.

I was looking for a place close to the beach, not crowded and affordable. This place qualified for everything on my list! It was a wonderful view of the beach during the day and spectacular sunsets. The apartment was clean, well equipped and comfortable.

Fabulous location

The condo was very nice, more than adequate for our needs. We thoroughly enjoyed the spacious balcony which overlooked the beach. Even though we were there around spring break the beach was very uncrowded. We would definitely recommend this condo.
