Fully furnished and recently renovated Studio, Sleeps 2 Adults and 2 Children. The studio has a full kitchen (fridge, stove, oven), 2 queen bed, full bathroom with bathtub. The living room sofa has a pull-out queen sleeper, dining space with walk out to the balcony patio. It is turn key and ready for your enjoyment. You will have access to the laundry room where you can do your laundry for free and hotel ice maker. Free parking is in the parking lot right outside your condo.
Your condo is located on the 2nd floor of the Prestwick building, with walkout to the balcony patio. You have free cable TV, WIFI and central AC. Plenty of Towels, extra linens, hair shampoo/conditioner, soap, hair dryer, iron, iron board are provided.
The kitchen is stocked with all your cooking and baking necessities, dishes, silverware, glasses etc. We provide Coffee Maker. A toaster and microwave are in your condo as well.
The laundry room is located down the hallway of the building and has plenty of washers and dryers that are free for you to use.
The condo is located inside the beautiful 1000-acre Innisbrook Golf Resort and Spa with 24-hour gated security and home of the PGA Valspar Championships every March. The Resort has restaurants and a sports bar on site.
There are restaurants and bars on site: The Osprey Sports bar has live Entertainment every Friday and Saturday night from 7:30 pm to 11:30 pm. Packard's Steakhouse is a fine dining restaurant and one of the best Steakhouses in the area.
The condo has its own entrance and you will have the entire condo for yourself to enjoy, and relax with a wonderful view! Guest are permitted to use the laundry room and all of Innis brook’s exceptional restaurants.

SPECIAL NOTE: This rental is for accommodations only and does not include daily maid service and it does not include the use of the Innisbrook Resort’s facilities or amenities; such as, swimming and tennis; unless they are made available to the public. However, the resort is now offering for purchase a daily or monthly resort amenity pass. If interested we will give you contact info for the resort Director of Recreation to purchase from directly.

Our stay at Innisbrook was very nice. Our unit in the Prestwick building was nicely updated and clean. We were very comfortable. It is small, perfect for 2 people (and 2 small children). Great unit for shorter stays. We stayed 5 weeks, so something with a separate bedroom would've been nice. But we got along fine. Innisbrook is a great property and is in a location central to many things in that part of FL. Rental company made checking in easy and Brian was very responsive.

Unit 3115 is updated and clean. It's one large room. More space than a hotel room would have and balcony was large. Complex is a little confusing at first since we arrived in the evening but we figured it out with the map.

We had a great time! Check in was super easy!The view from the balcony overlooking the Golf Course is fantastic. The condo has all that you need from extra towels to dishes, pots and pants. The bed was super comfortable. We were aslo super impressed wtih the cleanliness off the condo.When we come back in the area we will definetely come back and rent from Brian again!

Once we arrived, and saw how awesome are condo was, we knew this was going to be a relaxing week. The pictures and decor made us feel right at home. The resort is beautiful and great for walking. The stress dropped of us, and we soon felt brand new. This is my destination when work etc gets too much. We had a great time and can’t wait to return.

I came down to visit my daughter and I just loved the condo. It is very clean and modern, has all the necesseties for cooking a meal as well. The view from the balcony is wonderul, right onto the golf course. I enjoyed having my morning coffee and evening wine on the balcony. The beds are super comfortable. Now I have found a place close to my family that has 24/7 security and is super clean. I will definetely be back!
