Come and enjoy our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom + bonus room and designer POOL (heated year round) home located in the Village of Polo Ridge, situated on a corner lot on the Hawks Bay golf course. Very few homes in The Villages with private pools! EXCELLENT LOCATION with a 5 minute golf cart ride to Publix/Southern Trace Plaza and 15 minute golf cart drive to Sumtner and Spanish Springs Town Centers. Full access to all The Villages has to offer!
Kitchen/Living/Dining: Open concept area with high ceilings and plenty of space for dining and entertaining, with two separate dining areas. Newly furnished living and dining room creates the perfect ambiance for relaxation after a long day on the golf course. Just off the living room, step onto the covered lanai and pool area with outdoor dining area.
Master Bedroom: Over-sized master bedroom with king bed, TV and en-suite bathroom is located just off of the living room. Master bath includes double vanity, shower, separate toilet and very large walk in closet.
The Guest Bedrooms are located off the main entrance of the home, creating privacy from the Master Bedroom.
The Living Room, Master Bedroom and Guest Bedroom 1 have TVs with Comcast cable. Free WiFi throughout the entire home.
Guest Bedroom 1: Large guest bedroom with Queen Bed, TV, dresser and ample closet space.
Guest Bedroom 2: Large guest bedroom with 2 Twin Beds, desk area and ample closet space.
Bonus Room: Extra room off of the garage for additional storage, kids playroom, etc.
Pool heat is included March thru November. December January and February the pool heat is $100 per up to a week or $300 per month to have the heat on. Must be know in advance.

Everything is there for you, pots/pans/bakeware, keurig, blender, hair dryers, iron, and lawn chairs to take to the town squares.
Ask about the temporary resident ID card that you are able to use at the executive gold courses .
The 4 seat golf cart will let you zip into to the town square to catch a movie, shop, dance or get a great meal. Publix and Walmart is accessible by the golf cart also.
We have a property manager that lives in the Villages.

About the owner: We grew up in Niagara Falls, New York where my wife was a school teacher and we also owned a bowling center. New semi retired and we currently live in Ft. Myers Florida.
Why this property? We purchased this home as it checked all our boxes. Pool, close to shopping, great back yard view of the golf course, short golf cart ride to Sumter and Spanish Springs town squares. It is our intention in a few years to make this our permanent home but until then we would like to share it with you.

We booked this house in the Villages for the month of November 2022. Everything about the house was excellent. The location was close to everything, the house itself was spacious and very clean, the pool was wonderful, the 4 seater gas golf cart was reliable and fun to drive and the response from the property manager was prompt. We would love to rent this house again in the future. We would highly recommend this house.

This was everything we hoped for. VERY clean and updated, well stocked, plenty of room and a great pool! Responsive local manager (we had a question about the pool). You cannot beat the location - its near everything you need. Private and quiet too. We hope to be back soon.
