About the owner: Retired, living in Delaware with Robin. We have 4 adult children between us and 2 grandchildren. Love The Villages when I can be there, golf, softball, cards are just a few of the things I love to do when I'm there. Have made many friends along the way.

Why this property? Very conveniently located in the northern region of The Villages. Many stores, churches and pools conveniently located. The house is fully furnished with 4 tv's, cable and the internet. There is a golf cart as well. We've been renting this property for 11 years and have had many repeat renters and everyone has loved the house.

Excellent home and host.

This house has new appliances, well equipped kitchen and a wonderful gas stove! It is in a quiet location near all the recreation activities. We appreciated the kindness and responsiveness of David. We enjoyed the peaceful lanai in back.
