This was our 4th year on Tollgate and somehow it gets better. Tiff and Bill go above and beyond in accommodating us. The updates look fabulous, love the painting in the dining room. Our dog Max has made this his January home

Little Piece of Paradise in Islamorada

We stayed at Paradise during Feb and March 2022. Outstanding house on a canal 1 block from the Bay. House is well appointed and stocked with everything one needs to enjoy the Keys. Owners were wonderful to deal with and very responsive to any requests we had. 5 + stars

This was our third year at 213. It was another joyous month in Islamorada and the house on Tollgate always delivers. The pool was a very nice addition. Fishing was great as usual. Keep up the good work Tiff and Bill

Easy Gulf access from this well equiupped home

This is my second year renting this piece of paradise. The house is extremely well equipped and the owners Tiffany and Bill go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and have everything you might need. This year they added a margarita maker to the list of things in this already awesome house! The location is perfect on a quiet street jutting into the water, with a large and festive backyard on a canal that opens up to big water one or two houses away with easy access to the Gulf, so perfect for kayaking. There is a pool and a Tiki bar with ice maker, refrigerator, sink, outdoor TV, kayaks -- we spent all our time outside enjoying this space. I loved the easy access to the backyard this house afforded being a one story home. This is a great place to be in the middle keys where you can really relax and enjoy nature and the outdoors. We didn't have a boat but there is of course a great set up for a boat and brand new big fish cleaning table with all you could need as Bill is a big fisherman, and the kayaks give you easy access to the water and nature.

Amazing time In Islamorada !

My family and I can not say enough great things about this property / property owners Tiffany & Bill ! My husband and I always book a home in the keys for the month of august for lobster seasons ! This was our first time with our two children and some family members, we had an absolute BLAST ! The house was spotless and laid out awesome , each one of us had our own space ! There were 7 adults and 2 children and there was plenty room ! Having the boat right in the back yard to come and go was the icing on top ! Bill and Tiffany were quick to answer and questions we had and if we need help they were there ASAP ! Super stoked they’re putting a pool in for next year , but this year we bought our own blow up pool and they had the perfect space in the back yard ! We stocked up for the month with all paper goods , shampoos conditioners etc & WE DIDNT NEED ANY OF IT! The house came completely stocked with everything you needed for a great comfortable time ! My family and I cannnot thank Tiffany & Bill enough , we will be back !!!!!

Fun time in Tollgate

Just got back from spending the month of April at Bill and Tiffany’s Piece of Paradise. It was everything we had hoped it would be.I brought my 28 foot center console and the home was setup perfectly for fishing. The i industrial ice maker was awesome and the fish cleaning station was perfect. I used the outside fridge for my bait and chum while storing all my fishing equipment in the Timi hut. The home was perfect for entertaining our family and friends. The home was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Bill and I became good friends with our mutual love of fishing. Tiffany and he were so responsive for any questions and needs we had. Location was perfect for reaching either side of the keys and Bill provided great information to help me navigate the waters. We had an awesome experience and are looking forward to coming back.

Truly enjoyed our stay!

Thank you Bill and Tiffany for providing such great accommodations. We had so much fun and wish we could've stayed longer. Everything imaginable is provided in the house and if not, all you need to do is ask and it magically appears. Bill is very knowledgeable about fishing, so if you're looking for a fishing guide, he's your man. If you're a fisherman and bring your own boat, you will absolutely love the outdoor tiki hut with commercial ice machine, refrigerator for your drinks, and freezer for your bait. There's no need to bring bath towels, sheets, blankets, or beach towels, as everything is provided. This home is well-stocked with kitchen paper products, spices, cooking gadgets and even a wine refrigerator! Our Yorkie had fun as well. Her favorite thing to do was chase the iguanas off of the property every day. Thanks again Bill and Tiffany. Your love for the property truly shows!!! We look forward to seeing you again.

Perfect snowbird getaway

We were the first to rent from Tiff and Bill last year and found the experience so enjoyable were rented for 2 months this year. We have it booked for next year too! This property is a well equipped "conch house" with a lot of character. The park across the street was perfect for our German Shorthair. We love the history of TollGate.

This is an exceptional property

We rented this newly renovated waterfront home on Lower Matecumbe Key (Islamorada) with extended family for the holidays. It's the most amazing house and location, very comfortable with lots of space and places to gather together or alone, with an exceptionally large and festive waterfront area (tiki bar with ice maker, gas grill and small kitchen included). The owners clearly love this home and have thought of everything to make it comfortable, stocking it with everything you could possibly need for cooking and baking, including a wide range of spices, paper plates, paper towels. That's in addition to providing lots of towels and beach towels, shampoo and other toiletries. I felt like I was at a resort. In addition to the very comfortable house and great waterfront, this is an excellent location from which to Kayak. The owners provide kayaks which we used every day. The house is one or two houses from open water that opens to the Florida Bay and is a short paddle to a bird rookerie full of beautiful frigate birds, cormorants, pelicans, and egrets all nesting and flying overhead. It's a sight to see. I've rented in the Keys before and this house is my favorite because of the house and location and the extremely welcoming and accommodating owners. They really want to you enjoy yourselves in their home and have done their best to ensure that you do.

Great Vay Cay

We enjoyed every moment of our time there. Being from Florida’ we have stayed at every Key; this stay was fabulous the water was amazing an the neighbors across the canal were very welcoming!With in walking distance across the highway the most amazing Cuban restaurant. Marina next door to get snacks an cute gifts.Bill an Tiffany were amazing host.

Can't wait to get back

Absolutely a wonderful place to stay. Easy access to Gulf or Atlantic with plenty of room for 3 boats. Great location for all the Florida Keys has to offer. Was always a pleasure to talk to Bill and he was very helpful with spots to catch live bait and fish in back country. The house was more than comfortable and made it easy to relax inside or out. Paradise!

Stay here only if you are ready to relax and enjoy everything the Keys has to offer, by boat or car. We loved every minute of our stay here. Well appointed and comfortable inside and out! Beautiful location to see manatees, dolphins, rays and more! Loved the afternoon breezes out on the patio with bevies from the Tiki bar. It really was paradise!
