Can I book long term?
We allow monthly rentals during the off season (Nov - Feb). Please let us know the dates and we will personally reach out with a quote. We have prices set to short term rates; thus, you will receive a revised quote after an automated quote is sent to you letting you know the property is available.
How will I receive the condo information after I book?
We email you information within a couple of emails, of which coincide with the day you will need such info, as to not overload or confuse you.
Is Check-in / Check-out contactless?
Yes! You will receive your personal door code to use during your stay with us. Show up and let yourself in.

After staying in Destin last year we chose to give PCB a shot. After reading the reviews and seeing the beautiful pictures for this condo I booked a 4 night stay for my son, his friend and I. The communication prior to arrival was just right- Steve was not only proactive but also informative. Upon arrival, the condo was spotless. The beds were SO comfortable (unlike any other condo I have stayed in). The kitchen was well stocked as well. The views were breathtaking. The area is safe yet within walking distance to many restaurants and less than .5 miles away from a Walmart. The beach was beautiful and wasn't over crowded like the other resorts/hotels that I could see. I hope to come back to PCB again and if I do I will definitely book this condo. It exceeded my expectations and that never happens anymore! I was actually sad to leave. Thank you for the amazing stay, easy check in and check out. There is also plenty of parking. The staff is friendly and helpful. I love this place!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Long Beach resort. Check-in/Check-out was super easy. Place was as advertised on the website, including pics. The ocean view/Beach front was magnificent. Only other comment I have is that the double bed mattresses need to be replaced. They were pretty much worn down for comfortable sleeping.

The stay at this condo was undoubtedly the best experience I've ever had with a condo rental.There were timely e-mails once the condo was reserved to let us know when to expect specific information about the check in process...and all of it was delivered when promised...or sooner. I've been used to not getting anything until the night before we leave.Checking in was easy, the condo was awesome, and checking out was easy.From now on, I'm using Pineapple Realty for my condo rentals in PCB.

The condo was recently renovated and looked great. Pineapple Realty was great to work with and super responsive with questions and concerns. The elevator wait time was next to nothing which was a nice change for us compared to Tidewater which is where we usually stay. The beach was amazing with no near-by outfall runoff into the water. This was a major detractor with Tidewater and Calypso resorts. The close proximity to Pineapple Willy's was really nice and the location seemed more central to the attractions and good restaurants. I highly recommend this resort!

Steve Warren has been the best person to work with in the 30+ years going to Panama City Beach on vacation. Communication and information were excellent! Reported a couple of things from previous renters that Steve and team jumped on immediately. Couldn't have asked for better responsiveness.Condo is beautifully appointed and in a great location for restaurants and activities.I highly recommend Steve for your vacation rentals. He is very easy to work with, yet professional in every way!One last thing, you'll love the level of automation they use in the reservation process. Makes things very simple and easy to follow.

The area where the condo is located was perfect for us. The fact the unit is located on the second floor is wonderful. The unit was clean and it great shape with the fact it was just updated a year or two ago. If our plans should take us back to PCB, I'll be booking this same unit.

The property was very nice!! The condo itself was very updated and clean with an OUTSTANDING view!!! It was located in a very busy part of town but still had a seclusionary feel to it. Restaurants and other venues were just a quick walk (this includes the Waffle House!!!!). Overall, we had a great experience at this residence!

We recently stayed at this condo for a week as a mini joint honeymoon with our best friends. The location was perfect. Walking distance to Pineapple Willys and Coyote Ugly was across the road if you’re into those places. Parking was plentiful. The pool bar even had amazing food!! We loved the patio with the numerous seating options and the floor to ceiling windows were great to wake up to. We loved that the beach access out front was private so it was never crowded out front on the beach! Our only cons were that our friends had sand in their sheets before even getting in the bed and each bathroom only had one roll of toilet paper which was not enough for 4 people on 2 rolls for a whole week. All in all it perfect for us!

You guys! If you are reading this, it must mean you are considering staying at Unit 204 in Long Beach Resort. I'm here to tell you that you should DO IT! I have a history of setting really high expectations for vacations, and usually reality doesn't come near them. Not this time! From the moment we arrived, the security staff at the gate was so welcoming and friendly. When we got to the unit and opened the door, it was as of the clouds had parted and I was walking into heaven. The amazing oceanfront view took my breath away, and my kids squealed with excitement and disbelief. They couldn't wait to run to their room, and claim their beds. After I picked my jaw up off the floor, I proceeded to check out the rest of the condo. The kitchen is amazing! White counters, a large island with a big farmhouse sink facing the view made doing the dishes enjoyable. The couches in the living room are huge, and most importantly, very comfortable! After being at the beach all day, it was so nice to be able to plop down on them, and watch some Netflix on the smart TV. Next, I walked into the master bedroom. WOW! Floor to ceiling windows the entire width of the room in there, too. I almost wanted to wake up early just to look out the windows and watch the waves crash into the sand. The master bathroom had double sinks, and an enormous shower with a rainfall showerhead. It was very relaxing! Since the unit is so close to the beach (literally about 2 minutes from the door to the beach) we didn't pack lunches for our beach trips. When we got hungry, we would run up, make lunch, eat, and run back down. Another nice option was the snack shack at the pool. They had cheeseburgers, grilled cheese, wings, grouper, nachos, fries, etc. Since we were still pretty Covid careful while we were there, we did DoorDash several times for dinner. There were plenty of options. Also, there is a Walmart practically across the street if you need groceries. We had such an amazing vacation, I was already looking at available times to revisit while we were still there. :)

The views were immaculate! I loved the property just could've been a little more cleaner. Upon arrival the front door looked as if someone had threw a bucket of mud on it. I cleaned it myself. The bathrooms need a DEEP CLEAN. On the last day the TV in the living room stopped working. Other than that I thoroughly enjoyed the property. I would definitely book it again.

Property was nice overall. Beautiful views of the beach. We really liked being on a lower level of the condo. This is on the third floor and not the second seeing how the lowest level is the lobby/beach access. The parking was ample and short elevator times. Overall experience was good

We loved our stay at Long Beach Resort. Had a wonderful time! We really enjoyed the ability to walk right out of our condo and be on the beach in 2 minutes or less. Plus, we were able to leave our chairs and our belongings while we went to the condo for lunch then back to the beach. We could see our belongings right from the balcony. I highly recommend Long Beach Resort and especially Condo #204!
