Gorgeous Water Views and Relaxation !!!!!!
We had stayed all around Florida , but Never had a view like this, water everywhere, from all the windows. When you see the pictures they are gorgeous but in real life Wow. I think this is one of the best condo's we have stayed in. The owners are so very nice and care about the renters to enjoy there vacations and yes we did. My husband fished right outside the condo, on the bank of the water. We had so much fun and just so relaxing all day by the pool and spa. We ate at a different place every night. So much to do here in Isla and the area. Beach is a short few minute drive. It was like being in the Caribbean. We highly recommend this condo for everyone. It has all you will need. Thank you to The Neff's for helping us enjoy our vacation.

Vacation In Paradise
You Will Love Waking up every Morning to the Sunshine and the Front Water Views and I mean Water Views from this Condo. The Condo location is close to everything you can think of and need. The beach is a 3 minute drive. golf right outside your back door, and swim or use the spa. Condo is fully updated and the Owners are so nice to deal with and they always have your Best interest. They have all you will need, we did not have to bring anything other than our clothes from home. It is like being at Home on Vacation. I loved that there were dollar stores near by, we used them a lot for our personal needs. The pool area is Beautiful on the open water views right outside the condo and the people are so nice and helpful. Florida has a lot to offer. We highly recommend this Condo to everyone. You will Not Want to Leave this Paradise.

Outstanding Rental
My family and I stayed at this condo for 3 weeks. It was very nice and clean and updated. The master bath was newly remodeled. stainless steel appliances. Remodeled kitchen. The renter was very polite and checked in several times throughout our stay to make sure everything was going good. balcony overlooks the bay and pool gorgeous view. I would recommend this condo to anyone!

Very nice and clean condo. Balcony overlooks the bay and pool area which has a gorgeous view. A lot of updates throughout the condo. The renter kept in contact throughout my stay to make sure everything was going good. I recommend this condo to anyone. Master bath was newly remodeled and so was the kitchen. Fantastic
This property is exceptional. Palma del Mar is very beautiful property extremely well kept . Very quite and peaceful. The condo we rented is beautifully decorated with many updates such as a new kitchen and master bath. The owner we rented from couldn't be more gracious and accommodating. We rented for 3 years and would still be if possible. Can't say enough about this property. Excellent value. Highly recommend.

Luxury ,Sunshine, convenience
This spotless updated condo,with spectacular views on the bay was furnished with everything needed to enjoy our stay. All new appliances and granite counter tops made for enjoyable cooking and having friends over for meals. Morning sunshine on the veranda, overlooking the water,was a warm,cozy spot for morning coffee.Tile floors made it very easy to keep clean. Owners were very helpful and easy to deal with. More than satisfied with this rental and we have already re-booked.

Sunrise magnificence!
Thank you for the view we had each morning of everyday we were there. The sunrise was amazing and watching the dolphins from our balcony was entertaining. The view from all windows was beautiful and one could just set and gaze out while having coffee or just relaxing. Was everything we hoped it would be!

Amazing Place!

Lovely property with a fabulous view
We just got back from spending May month at this condo.it was a wonderful experience. The view is so beautiful.we saw lots of birds and fish even a small shark from our balcony. It was so peaceful there .the condo had everything you could need.we are looking forward to going back next May.

About the area
Isla Del Sol Island is completely surrounded by water. The 18-hole Golf Course is in the middle of the island. Tennis Courts, Shopping Center, Restaurants and much more. The swimming pool is very close to the condo and is also right next to the water for fantastic water views. Deep Sea Fishing, Parasailing, Jet Water Ski Rental, Boat Rental, Sailboat Rental, and much more. Famous Fort Desoto Park is rated as the #2 best beaches in the USA and is only 5-10 minutes away. St. Pete's Beach 3 Minutes away. Several other World Class Wide White Sandy Beaches in the area. Busch Gardens in Tampa is a very good place to go with Many Kind of Rides, Ice Show, Animal and Bird shows and a lot more to do and see Plus Taste Bush Beer Products. 35-45 minutes.(Depends on traffic) Tampa Zoo is near Busch Gardens. Lots to do, Large Enclosed shopping Center, 15-20 minutes, Many other gift shopping centers, and Restaurants in the area. The Boardwalk in Treasure Island has many restaurants, and different shops. This is a very good place to see and enjoy it. You can find a lot of different sea gifts. You can go on a deep sea ride or fishing. Tarpon Springs known for many different Sponges and other Sea items. See Sponges being brought in by very large boats. Several dress shops, Sea Shells, Coral, and many other Salt Water items, also Known for the Greek area gifts and restaurants. A place to Enjoy. Disney World and other Theme Parks in Orlando are from 1-hr to a little over an hour. In Tampa, NFL Football Buccaneer's. In St Petersburg, home of a Professional Baseball team and Dog Racing. The Pier with lots to see, restaurants and other gift shops

Brenda was great to work with and very responsive. This condo has everything you need for a beach vacation. Very clean and well taken care of. Looking out each window in the unit was water, and the pool is located directly below your balcony. Sunsets were breathtaking. Five minute drive to multiple beaches. Plenty of restaurants within a five mile radius. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you Brenda!

This beautiful condo is perfectly located just over the Bay Bridge from St Pete Beach. It sits among lush gardens with spectacular water views including a balcony where you can relax and watch the wildlife. From the balcony we watched dolphin, various water birds and even saw a baby shark. The swimming pool was close, but not too close.Condo was immaculate and comfortable, and Owner could not have been more attentive. She made sure we had everything we needed and was a joy to work with. Thank you, Brenda!We were blessed and thankful to stay there for 3 weeks. It was wonderful being so close to the beach, restaurants and activities on one side and the quiet peaceful condo on the other. We enjoyed the very informal Deck Restaurant just down the street from our condo on several occasions.My husband and I both agreed we have never had a more beautiful and relaxing vacation.

We spent April here amidst the palm trees and wildlife at this ideally located villa on Isla del Sol. The villa is perfectly located between the city and beaches. You can be at the closest beach within 5 minutes and the beaches go on for miles. We vacillated between the city, beach(es) and heated pool which is just outside your door. We spent hours sitting on the balcony watching dolphins and many birds in the intercoastal. The villas has everything you need, is just as pictured and is a quiet oasis!!! Our host, Brenda, is very attentive and available and happy to make your stay easy at her oasis in the sun!!!

This is a great place to stay. We could sit on our balcony at the waterfront watch dolphins, birds. The condo had everything we needed for our 30 day stay. The pool and hot tub are great.We drove to the beach which was about 3 miles away. Very quiet area. Enjoyed walking around the area. The landscaping is beautiful.. thanks again!

Our family had a wonderful week at Christine & Brenda’s condo. The view from the balcony is amazing and being able to walk along the bay shore was a delight! Very peaceful and relaxing! The condo had everything we needed for the week and it was clean. The kitchen was well equipped for all the meals we cooked while there and there was hand soap, dish soap and other extras like toilet paper and paper towels. We have stayed at some places that provided absolutely nothing so this was an appreciated touch of hospitality. There were enough bath linens for our family of 4 but we did bring along a few extra washcloths. If you like to shower daily after the pool or beach you might want to bring extra as well unless you don't mind washing some while you're there. The master bedroom bed was comfortable and our kids were comfortable in the second bedroom as well. Do know that the condo is not spacious but it is certainly adequate for the week. Parking was easily accessible but does require a few stairs, the pool and hot tub were very nice and clean, as were the grounds of the community. Brenda did great with communication and is very pleasant to deal with.

THE CONDO WAS VERY RELAXING WITH THE BEST MORNING VIEW OF THE TAMPA BAY!! THE POOL AREA WAS VERY CLEAN AND NOT TOO MANY PEOPLE. LOCATION WAS PERFECT, WE LOVED BEING ABLE TO GO TO ST. PETE BEACH IN A MATTER OF MINUTES AND THEY HAVE REALLY GOOD RESTURANTS. WE NEVER HAD A BAD MEAL AND SERVICE WAS GREAT EVERYWHERE WE WENT. I WOULD LOVE TO GO BACK AGAIN. GREAT VACATION SPOT!!!! Corner unit, well Appointed, with a view of the water that would be hard to beat!!! Entertainment provided throughout the day compliments of the sea life and the constant flow of pelicans and other birds as they “fish”! The complex and pool area are very clean and well maintained... the location of the complex ideally located for beach goers and shoppers alike! The condo host is very attentive and available for any questions you might have during your stay!

The location was perfect and the views were spectacular! Very peaceful and restful place. We would definitely rent it again for a vacation. So many attractions and restaurants nearby. We spent most of the time on our boat visiting the many pristine islands and then came back and relaxed by the pool. Brenda Neff was who we were in contact with and she was wonderful. She was very informative and just made the vacation run smoothly! If you are looking for a condo to stay in for vacation, this is certainly the one!

This unit is very pretty and well decorated. From the moment you step in the door you feel like you have arrived at your dream home. You can tell this unit is someone's home because the entire unit is designed with a personal touch not just as a rental. We vacation the week of our anniversary and are always looking for a quiet place. This complex far exceeded our expectations. The complex is clean and the staff you encounter is very friendly. We would not hesitate to stay in this unit in the future.We did venture into Tierra Verde and up along the beaches as well and the travel time is minimal. There is a variety of things to do which should fulfill anyone's expectations whether it's shopping, dining or just hanging by the pool. We truly appreciate Christine and Brenda's hospitality.

This condo will fully met your heart from the views of the water , the pictures are great , but in real life it is amazing . The expectations by being exactly as the pictures show. It is a spacious property and we enjoyed the all it offered us , with everything here at the condo, fully equiped. The pool and spa are great, but the most spectacular part is the Views of the water. The owners are so great to work with and we would highly recommend this condo for your next Vacation. It was so fun to choose a different place to eat dinner out every night. We also loved the fact that it is close to the bridge, expressways etc. for easy access to the mainland.Highly recommend this condo. Great property. We had fun in the sun and at the pool all day.

If you are looking for a unit right next to the water this is the one for you. The view is great. We spent countless hours on the balcony watching the sun rise, ocean birds, dolphins and fishermen. This is a wonderful spot to rejuvenate your soul. The owners were very accommodating and helpful both prior to arriving and during our stay. We are very glad that we decided to stay here. 5 star accommodations; Watch the dolphins play from the balcony as well as many birds and a rabbit. Everything you need is included in the unit. My grown sons were here for 3 days and were grateful for the fishing rods provided.(didn't catch anything lol) Love the area. The Neff's are great people to deal with; we had a few glitches and they were very patient with us. Just note that if the 2 of you wish to have visitors or bring any other visitors with you; you will be charged an extra $10 per night per person. If you have any ambulatory problems , be warry as there are steps to and from the condo which makes it difficult to bring in your luggage and groceries. We have been here for 2 weeks and are here for a Month and have found many places to eat which are all comparible in price. Visit the American legions for meals and have fun at a chance to win$ while playing the game of Got It. The Neff's are very caring people..They will contact you very quickly if you need anything or just to make sure your vacation is a good one. If the extra charges were not there for visitors We would definitely come back next year.

Thank you Bonnie for letting people know what is in our listing on the website, about the extra $10.00 a night/per person, we appreciate that , this is standard fee in Hotels and rental properties. We are glad you and your sons loved our condo and the gorgeous views , fishing and relaxation. Well I know you and I discussed the steps and you still wanted to rent, we are happy that you and your sons had a Great Vacation and that you asked to stay for extra days and enjoyed Florida at its Best.
BobA Perfect Location
We had the pleasure of staying in this corner Condo for the month of March in 2016 and 2017. The unit is right on the water and has beautiful views from the front and side windows. It is quiet and well appointed, having the added advantage of being only a few feet from a nice pool and hot tub. Isla Del Sol is a short drive from the hub of St. Pete's Beach and local shopping. It is also a few minutes drive from large ocean side parks and beaches. The owners were wonderful to deal with and were very helpful in providing insight about where to eat and visit. We would gladly return.

Kris G.Great views, great location if a little cluttered
Great 2 bed, 2 bathroom condo. Very well appointed with everything you’d need. Absolutely fantastic views too! Only slight niggle is there is way too much furniture in the apartment for my personal taste and too many signs with dos / don’t which makes it feel a little cramped even through I know it isn’t as I’ve stayed a lot on Isla Del Sol. Would still consider going back though!
