The space
Five beautiful, private bedrooms - all with electric, adjustable beds for sitting up to watch TV or read. Four of the bedrooms have complete bathrooms included.
You have shared access to the rest of our entire 4000 sf home except for the sixth bedroom that will be occupied by ourselves.*

Our home is a huge home that includes a hot tub, heated pool and a couple massage chairs, a large kitchen, family Room, living Room, another game Room/sitting/tv watching bonus Room and more. It's kind of like a Mini resort. Nearby is the Family Friendly Flagler Beach. St. Augustine is just 30 Miles up the road. And of course Daytona Beach is also right up the road, 27. 9 miles from our home. We are the perfect spot in between the two cities. You'll find a lot to do in Palm Coast, Flagler, Daytona Beach and St. Augustine.
If you like our place, reserve it quick. If you delay and if only ONE of our 5 guestrooms get booked, then this listing will be blocked. So if you need a week for a big get together with family or friends, and you see that this space is available for that entire week, then you will need to lock it in quick.
After a Fun filled day, at the beach, or visiting St. Augustine, or Daytona Beach, come back, Relax and Hangout in our very Quiet Neighborhood. You will find everything you need to relax, from our hot tub, pool, 2 amazing Massage chairs, fire pit and comfortable beds.
We do provide breakfast fixin's such as oatmeal, waffles, pancakes, hot and cold cereals. Things like that. Bring your own bacon or sausage! If headed to the Orlando area, ask us about discounts.Please note that our home and property is non smoking. Feel free to take a walk in our very safe neighborhood for a walk or on the blacktop walkway which the city of Palm Coast has very generously provided.
Each of your five bedrooms have their own Microwave and refrigerator.

The King bedroom with King bed and private bath can also fit a single air mattress.
Our pool room on the second floor also features a queen canopy bed and a single air mattress can fit on the floor.
Our queen room on the first floor can fit a queen air mattress to sleep 4 OR our Master Suite bedroom. If we are not going to be here and if our 79 year old gal will be here to help out, then you will have our huge Master suite.
Our New King Room has a king bed and is connected to the Pool Room as a "Jack-n-Jill" except that the New King room also has its own bathroom. This is the ideal two bedroom combination if it is available. Just ask!
A final smaller bedroom that does not include a bathroom.
In a common area on the second floor, we also have a queen pull out couch with a new Mattress along with a TV and a huge beanbag chair. Netflix, YouTube, etc.
The kitchen is available for cooking.
Pets are welcome with a $5 per pet per night fee added after booking.
Our home and property is non-smoking. If you are a smoker, please feel free to take a walk in our very safe neighborhood or on the great walking path that is black topped.
We live here so we are often available to help facilitate a GREAT STAY!

Guest access
You have access to the rest of our entire 4000 sf home except for the one other bedroom. You will enjoy our screened in Lanai, pool, hot tub, fire pit, outdoor grill, massage chairs, family Room, living Room, fully equipped kitchen, another open tv room area, multiple large screen TV's and more.
In other words, you have access to everything in our 6 bedroom home except for our personal bedroom.
We do live here and work out of our home (If we are going to be here) - so do not expect to walk into a "homes and garden, never been touched, looks like it's never been lived in" home.
It will be prepared nicely for your group, since you are basically renting the entire home. We work hard to prepare it for your group.
Do expect to have a wonderful, relaxing and very enjoyable time where you will feel welcomed and right at home.
Your 5 private airbnb bedrooms will be clean as a whistle and to look as pretty as their picture. They are special! LOL. And the rest of the house will be clean as well... just not "hospital" or "hotel" perfect throughout. We LIVE here.
(Please take note that a couple bedrooms have carpet that has "clean stains." This means that we have shampooed them and the stains simply will not come out. If this will stop you from giving us a 5 star review. Then please do not make this reservation."
If your group is going to be here for a few days, you can even use our large capacity washer and dryer for a full laundry load. (Please do not use the washer and dryer for just 1 or 2 items. Please combine items for a full load.)
Leaving a tip when you depart is welcome if you have used the laundry facilities or if you have used quite a bit of food staples for cooking any lunches and/or dinners. We do not expect you to buy ketchup and mustard and salt and pepper and all that type of stuff. Ours is available to use.. but if something runs out and you're at the store you can certainly pick up some more!
We want your entire group to be thrilled that you chose this as your "place to stay, low cost, high value solution" for your family reunion, friends get-together or for your family traveling together.
Other things to note
Your pets are welcome with a $10 check in fee at reservation and $5 per day, per pet added on starting on day 3.
Please remember our few rules requesting no thongs, drinking in moderation only, in other words not getting slammed drunk and no smoking on property. We have a wonderful safe neighborhood and/or walking path to enjoy for smoke breaks.
Please review the check in instructions for door codes and bedroom location and parking instructions. We do have parking for 10 vehicles. That is 5 double lanes so there should not ever be any reason for any of our air BNB guests to be blocked in.
We live here* but when we are not home you can contact us easily on our cellphones at through the air BNB app.

The price displayed above is if you are renting all five bedrooms. For example, the average price for one bedroom is $59 on weeknights and that includes your own private bathroom with a shower. Our cleaning fee for just one bedroom is $17. The cleaning fee for the five bedroom is more than the individual cleaning fees because we have to get the whole home prepared instead of just one bedroom.

We live here, we love having guests, we love travel ourselves, we have couples with marriages, we are Christians and our home is a Christian home as far as not having wild parties or drugs or smoking on property. People can take nice walks if they want to have a cigarette or smoke anything else. Light to moderate social drinking is fine. At our swimming pool we simply asked that they're not be any thong style swimsuits for the girls or guys and no speedos for the guys. And of course no skinny dipping. When you come into the house we ask the girls to wear a cover up and the guys to put on a t-shirt or any type of shirt . Trust us. We had to make these rules for a reason... After we found out that people did not think of these things ahead of time. 10 years of Airbnb hosts with thousands of wonderful guests including some funny events. LOL

You can rent up to five bedrooms so if you don't need five bedrooms you could rent one or two or three or four or five. We do use Airbnb to stay fully legal with the state of Florida as far as state Hospitality taxes, Flagler County taxes and Insurance protecting you and us. Feel free to check out all of our listing combinations in our one home that we live on. (6 bedrooms, 5.5 bath) One bedroom and one bath is for us. The other five bedrooms are available individually or in any combination of up to five bedrooms.
Take note that when you look at our Airbnb calendars that if you look at the five bedroom calendar and it is blocked, that means that we have at least one bedroom already rented for at least one night during the time that you want to rent. Go ahead and give us a call or check our other calendars because we might have four bedrooms available! . we have over 1,500 glowing reviews as we have been super hosts with Airbnb for almost to 10 years.
We live close to the ocean (15 minutes), We have a large swimming pool, hot tub, Fire pit, Barbecue grill. Family room, living room, second family room, Three massage chairs and about 20 Pool chairs. We live here. Huge home. 4000 square feet under air. 1500 square foot lanai/pool area. You will love it!
Our kitchen is fully stocked with things like spices, condiments, salad dressings, pots and pans, Tin foil, Saran Wrap, utensils, serving dishes, instapots, coffee makers, pretty much everything you could ever hope or dream for except for a smoker.
We even have a second refrigerator in our kitchen that is dedicated to our guests. On Monday nights we even do a marriage class in our home so hey, if you want to get some great marriage input you can hang out with our marriage class which is in the living room. But don't worry. You still have two family rooms and the pool area and your great bedroom and the ocean and the town and the fire pit and you will have a wonderful time, even if you don't want to join the marriage group! LOL
