Enjoy our loft by the sea in beautiful Ormond by the Sea. Large 2nd story across the street from the beach with a public walkway. All brand new appliances, kitchen , and bathroom. Includes a washer and dryer. Do not be deterred by the one bathroom. We have made it so every room has a "make up station". I have traveled plenty of times with multilple people and know the importance of having plenty of room to get ready!


This 2 bedroom 1200 sq ft loft has a king and a rollaway cot in the master and a queen and futon in the other. There is a pull out sofa in living room. The pullout couch, futon and rollaway cot have memory foam to make it very comfortable! No one wants a cot to sleep on, but I've made it so comfortable they'll be fighting over it! Lots of parking for trailers,boats, motorcycles, motorhomes, big rigs..

You will enjoy morning coffee and evening cocktails on the large deck while watching the sunset on the sea.
I have little extras in our Loft to make you feel more at home. Our mission is to make a space for our guests that is cozy and welcoming with the little special touches. We created a space that is inviting and a place we would want to stay on a vacation.

We have a charming 1,200 square foot 2 bedroom apartment with amazing sunrise and sunset views! Relax while enjoying the sights of the ocean and the perfect breeze! Everything you need in walking distance along with a beach access across the street. Publix grocery store is a minutes walk ,along with great restaurants, The Dollar Store and local bars both north and south on Ocean Shore Blvd. Peaceful and relaxing traffic free beach. Updated bedding and extra accessories in the kitchen to ensure you feel right at home and have a great nights sleep! Fly in, take an Uber! Everything is in walking distance.PLENTY OF PARKING FOR VEHICLES INCLUDING MOTORHOMES BIG RIGS AND MOTORCYCLES!! Washer and dryer! I don't want to be misconceiving, but I want to clarify the sleeping accommodations. It says we have 2 beds on the listing. We also have a pull out couch, fold away bed and a futon. The futon, Fold away bed and the pull out couch have memory foam to make them more comfortable for our guests. Which makes all the extra beds very comfortable. Don't be deterred by having the one bathroom. We have made it so there are plenty of "make up stations" in the Loft. I know first hand how important it is to have enough areas to get ready when there are a lot of people staying in one place. The Loft is very spacious, open, and completely furnished with a beachy theme. The kitchen is newly remodeled with granite countertops. We also have a crockpot so you can go adventure all day and come home to a fully cooked meal! The sunrises and sunsets are just gorgeous! You have all the comforts of home! We have everything you will need for the beach including beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards and a cooler you can roll to the beach with a picnic and your favorite cocktail!

Area Information

After a day on the beach you can relax on the upper deck with your favorite cocktail while enjoying the Ocean views. In the morning you will capture some extremely beautiful sunrises and as the day winds down you will be in awe of the incredible sunsets! You are steps from shopping and restaurants. Lenny's New York Pizza is a must! Publix supermarket and plaza right there. A short 6 mile drive south gets you to world famous Daytona beach and Main Street. An 8 mile drive north will get you to Flagler Beach. St.Augustine is just north of there
