Karen was very easy to communicate with, the place was designed with comfort in mind and the shower pressure was incredible. The included Honeymoon Island beach pass was a nice bonus. I recommend this host for anyone looking for a great place to stay, and people that care.

We were very pleased by Karen's accommodation and its location. The condo was perfectly furnished and crystal clean. The communication was efficient and very easy. It was nice to have a Honeymoon island entry pass.
We liked the easy parking.

Definitely worth 5 Stars! Place was beautiful, very stylish, updated, very clean and well stocked. Space was perfect for a family of 4 and 2 dogs (master walk in closet was able to fit 1 xxl and 1 med dog cage perfectly) Neighbors were very nice and friendly. Shower water pressure was on point, no weak water flow here! Close to all the nice spots (Clearwater Beach, Tarpon Springs, Tampa) Karen was a great host! Very informative, helpful, and responsive. It was the perfect stay!

Great two bedroom modern apartment. Location great, very easy to get to the causeway and honeymoon island with a dog beach. We took our dog a few times. The free pass to honeymoon island was a great bonus! Dunedin has multiple shops, bars and restaurants that are dog friendly too. Easy checkin and parking. We were even able to extend our stay last minute and Karen made it so seamless. There’s a nice outdoor bar within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

Karen’s place is beautiful. Nice decor, nice outdoor area. Had everything we needed, with no clutter. There are beach chairs and a cooler to take to the beach right down the street. We loved it and will be back.

If you’re looking for a great place to stay in Dunedin, this is it! Karen was an awesome host, very responsive and, she has a beautiful unit. All the amenities and looks just as great as the pictures. Highly recommend!

Cute, very clean place. Karen is very friendly and was always responsive whenever we had any questions. I was already very familiar with the area and knew places to eat and see and we were there for a different purpose than a vacation, but her recommendations were still appreciated. My family members who live nearby also thought the place was clean and nicely decorated/remodeled and said they’d keep it in mind to recommend to friends who come to visit.

This is a beautifully decorated and extremely clean condo. The main bed was comfy and the pillows were great. The host provides shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathroom, as well as a very good starter supply for necessities. The location is excellent. We walked to the causeway every day. The shopping center a few blocks east (within walking distance) has many restaurants. We loved Madison Avenue Pizza and the Smoothies and Ice Cream store. Publix is also within a five-minute drive. We made good use of the State Park pass, the beach chairs, and the large cooler.

Communications were excellent. The place was as in the pictures, was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was fantastic. We spent a good deal of time on the Pinellas Trail (which is right up the road), at Honeymoon Island and watching the sunset on the causeway. Also took a trip into Clearwater at night and Tampa during the day to walk the RiverWalk. So much to do very close by. We were very happy with everything and definitely recommend.

Beautiful clean location that was easy to pop in and out of as we explored Dunedin! We could quickly go to the causeway for the sunset and loved having a pass to Honeymoon Island to go there each day! Definitely will be back!

Great location with easy access to town or the beach. nice walking area for my dog and me. The Pinellas Trail over the Causeway is right there, terrific sunrise. Comfortable bed and nice kitchen. Karen made sure we were welcome and informed with her simple guidebook to appliances and the area attractions. Lovely stay.

This location was perfect for our getaway. It was extremely clean and decorated to perfection. It was two minutes from the beach and just minutes from downtown. Karen was a most excellent host. We couldn’t have been any happier with our experience staying here.
