Completely renovated, ground floor Belair Club condo in the lovely Park Shore neighborhood. Two bedroom, 2 bathroom with open living/dining/kitchen. All new appliances including a built-in refrigerator, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kitchen aid mixer and in unit washer and dryer. Fully stocked kitchen, just bring your groceries! Main bedroom has a queen bed, second bedroom has 2 twin beds and living room has a sleeper sofa. Lanai is west facing for watching the sunset. Shared gas grill and pool. Covered parking right at the door. Beach chairs and beach towels included. Park Shore Beach Passes provide private beachside parking and keycard accessed bathrooms and showers right near the ocean. The beach park includes benches and picnic tables as well as access to the beach walk.

Ideal location

This pristine condominium is in an ideal location. There are so many shops and restaurants within walking distance and the beach is a short drive away. We enjoyed the friendly neighborhood and Tracy (the owner) has seen to every detail so that our stay was as comfortable as possible. We’re hoping to return in the future.

Park Shore Neighborhood in Naples Florida is Beautiful and close to the ocean

The Belair Club Condo we stayed in was newly remodeled and has everything needed for a comfortable stay.The Belair Club neighborhood in Naples Florida is beautiful and quiet.It is a short bike ride to experience an ocean beach park for members only and has plenty of parking, sitting benches, and picnic tables.The Condo is also a short bike ride to several restaurants and grocery stores.A wonderful place to get away for rest and relaxation.

Perfect Beach Condo

Location is Great! Walking distance to groceries etc. Beach Pass included to lovely beach, minutes away. Condo newly redone, lovely decor. Owner Tracey very receptive and helpful!!

Fantastic

My husband and I have enjoyed this condo for the month of January for the last 3 years and we love it! The only draw back is we are unable to come next year because of a move. It is newly remodeled and super clean and we love the location. It is walking distance to several restaurants and it is also a great place to cycle right from the condo. We have easy beach access because of the condo pass so we drive right up and park which makes it easy to enjoy a beach day or an evening sunset. There are so many great restaurants within driving distant as well as shopping. If you love to golf there are several courses nearby which is also a bonus. We have met some really nice people that live there and we love how quiet and well kept it is. The evenings we feel like chilling we can enjoy relaxing on the patio. Tracy is amazing and she has been a wonderful host. I cannot think of one negative thing to say because we love our time here all the way around. Thank you Tracy for sharing this amazing place and we hope to be back in 2025.
