We are so happy to share our condo with you this winter and fall. We love sitting outside in the evening chatting with walkers and joggers. The pool is a great gathering place that makes you feel like you are in a tropical paradise. If the year-round heated pool is not enough, then surely the hot tub will warm your chilled bones.
We love the restaurants within walking distance.
The bridge to Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach are just 4.5 miles west down McGregor drive or San Carlos respectively. To the east, are the Famous Thomas Edison and Henry Ford vacation homes and museum and all the daily activities they provide.
We will provide you with a list of our favorite eateries and nearby micro brewery. You will enjoy the convienence of nearby Super Target and Publix.
You will have our contact numbers before and during your stay and we are a phone call away.
Our vacation rental is clean and modern. Fully equipped kitchen, and a comfy living room with 3 Smart TVs.
Kitchen is equipped with dishes, pots and pans, glasses, cups and even some plastic silver ware for the grandkids. Also includes hot air fryer, Keurig coffee, toaster, blender, iron and board and anything we normally use in our home kitchen. Comcast internet and wireless printer for work at home.
For outdoor fun, head to Lakes Park or hit the links at Shell Point Golf Club! Take the family on an education tour of IMAG History & Science Center! This is a Snow Birds paradise, Lovers Key nature preserve and so much more.
Beach chairs, basic umbrella and towels are included.
45 minutes to Naples, 1 hour to Marco Island and 1.5 hrs to Siesta Key Beach.
Walk to Super Target, McGregor Grill, Cape Cod Fish House, and many other restaurants. It's a quick drive to Sanibel and Fort Myers Beach... and yes, the beaches beautiful again! No concerns about water quality or debris as you swim.

For car buffs, Revs Institute in Naples is one of the very best Car museums I've ever been to. Just 45 minute drive from Fort Myers.
Nature trails, sunset cruises on both the gulf and inland are everywhere.
Flea markets? Check "Flea Masters" year around market near downtown. New and used merchandise, foods, drinks, pottery, gifts and hand crafted home goods. You can easily spend hours shopping in open air but covered buildings. Parking is free.

Notes:
No surprise fees. You pay the rental fee stated above, $250 cleaning fee , sales tax of 11.5% . That is all. WE will pay for background checks. Florida law does not require sales tax on rentals over 6 months.
If you are a returning guest who we already know, the security deposit is just $1000.
If you are a first time guests, pay $1000 Security deposit and $1000 towards total fees, and balance due 60 days prior to move in date.
All towels and linens are provided. Guests are responsible for day to day laundry and cleaning. Condo will be thoroughly cleaned prior to move in.
We are required to run background checks on all adults staying in complex.
Every situation is different and we will consider modifications to our schedules. Email us with questions.
OUR CANCELATION POLICIES:
If you cancel between 30 and 60 days prior to arrival, you will be charged 50% of the total cost of rental
If you cancel between 0 to 30 days there will be no refunds.

About the owner: Welcome to our Condo. The winter months are for snowbirds and that is who we cater to. We have equipped our home to have everything you need to relax and enjoy your time away from home from great coffee maker to air fryer to crock pot, for easy cooking. Our community also has outdoor gas grills for the great outdoor chefs.
We are always looking to add new ways to add to your enjoyment, so feel free to drop a note anytime.
Why this property? We love the quiet friendliness of neighbors and visitors. There is a touch of seclusion to the screened in porch yet easy to meet and chat with faces from around the world just a few steps away. During the winter months, the heated pool is the great gathering place and there are tons of choices for daily activities in art, gardens, history and music within 10 minutes of our home.
