NEWLY RENOVATED!! 4 BEDROOM VILLA! Pool, Walk to Beach, Access to Dock + More!

AMAZING

This villa was very spacious, clean, homey and comfortable. It was well stocked in all areas. The garage was filled with anything you would need to go to the beach. The beds were the most comfortable beds I have come across. The beach was just a short walk and the pool about a minutes walk. People in the complex were very friendly. And Ali was a text or phone call away, very quick to respond. I hope to be able to return and find this place available. I usually will only give a 4 star because any place could use a little improvement but we were absolutely pleased with every aspect of our stay.

The Best!

Rented this home for the first time. Have been renting places on Siesta Key since the late 70's. By far none better than this. Roomy, clean, fully equipped, and that is saying something. Really everything you need to forget about work and a daily grind. Owner (Ali) very responsive to any question or request. Grand kids enjoyed the fishing pier the most. Saw all the things others have mentioned - dolphins, manatees and plenty of fish. Beach access is good and close. Trolley stops at front of development. Beds are very comfortable. This places hits all the right buttons. Will absolutely stay again if available. Thanks. Tom

Best Vacation Ever!!

This place was amazing, it deserves more than 5 stars!!! The house was beautifully decorated, the rooms were spacious and had plenty of closets. The surf board bar was the best! We spent two weeks and wished we could have stayed forever. Beaches were gorgeous - better than the pictures. Fabulous restaurants - amazing food. The dock was so close and the fish were always biting. Loved seeing dolphins jump and manateas swimming under the dock - fantastic!! We will DEFINITELY be back.........THANKS SO MUCH!!

Perfection!

This was such a great location to stay for a family with kids. It is very close to the beach (which was beautiful), restaurants, shops, and pool! The house was very clean and organized. All you need to pack is your clothes! Everything for the beach is provided for and a well stocked kitchen. The owners were easy to contact if needed and super friendly. They were kind enough to give us a list of great restaurants to try and shops to visit. I would list this as a must stay!

We had such a great stay. Kitchen is fully stocked with lots of cooking supplies. Fishing dock was very close to your front door. Lots of beach supplies. Beds are comfortable. Smells and looks clean. Lots of room to spread out and enjoy your time with family and friends. Owner was very kind and responsive. Highly recommend.

Great place, size and location a plus

This place was absolutely perfect for our vacation this spring. Contact with the host was easy from booking and all throughout the stay. Check in was really simple with key coded lock. The location was quiet and only about a 6 minute walk down the street to beach access. At that beach access there is everything you need also, small grocery, bars and restaurants, coffee shop and more. The key also has free shuttles(tips are nice) right out front that can take you the 5 minute drive to the village. This house is huge. I think you could easily sleep 10 or more. We were travelling with small children and they had playpens, high chairs and toys available also. The amount of space our kids had to run around made it fun for them. There was also plenty of backyard relaxing space and a nice size BBQ for grilling. Highly recommend using this beach house for your next family vacation. It made ours one to remember. I have been going to this beach on and off for almost 20 years, and we will contact again to plan our next time to Siesta Key. Thanks so much!!

Amazing place!!

My family LOVES this house! It has everything you need to be able to relax and enjoy your vacation! This is our second year at this home and already booked for our third. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else! It has all the little necessities you can think of. It has a beach cart, beach chairs, beach towels, washer and dryer, outside patio set, barbecue grill, fire pit and a community pool that is less than a two minute walk from the property, short walk to the beaches, walking distance to bars and restaurants, short drive into the village. The kitchen and eating area is very large and comfortably fits the eight people in my family. Anything you need for cooking is already there in the kitchen. The living area is very spacious so you’re not on to of one another. The host is wonderful to work with gets back to you quickly. Highly recommend this property and owner!

Awesome place

My family and I have rented this house two years in a row and just booked for our third. The house has everything you need to relax and enjoy on your vacation. It is well equipped with any necessities such as chairs, beach towels, and even a little beach cart . The house is very clean and comfortable. Perfect location to walk to restaurants, ice cream, bait shop, and a great breakfast place. And let’s not forget a quick walk to the beach which is beautiful. The pool in the community is a two minute walk and even has a little library to borrow books from. The owner gets back to me anytime I have a question very quickly. We absolutely love this home!!

Family vacation 22

The place was very roomy for all 7 of us. Location is perfect with a lot of eating place that have been in business over the 30 years I lived in Sarasota. We had one issue and it was handled right away. The kitchen is so big with lots of seating and 2 tables! The pool is within a short walk and the trolley is a plus. All in all it was a nice vacation.
