Only 5 minutes away from Port Canaveral, a major launch site for the Carnival, Royal Caribbean, Norwegian, and Disney Cruise Lines, making it a great place to extend your cruise vacation or just to watch the cruise ships as they sail in and out of Port.

Unfortunately no, you can see the ocean from the boardwalk that is 1 min walk from the condo.
How is the 2nd bedroom?
The 2nd bedroom was converted from a sunroom and does not have a door. It does have a window .
Do you have a pool?
Our complex Royal Mansions have an in-ground shared heated pool and a jacuzzi
How close is the nearest grocery store?
Publix supermarket is about 2 miles away.
What do I need to bring or buy?
Condo is equipped for basic vacation needs. Kitchen utensils and a starter supply of soap and paper products are made available. You will need to bring or purchase additional supplies.
Do you provide beach equipment?
Yes, we do provide 2 beach umbrellas, 2 Tommy Bahama chairs and 2 coolers for the guests to use.

This little gem was absolutely perfect for my family of 5. Steps away from the beach, minutes from tours, shopping, and restaurants. The condo has everything you could want or need. (*side note - the beds each have only a thin blanket and there are no other blankets available - we happen to bring blankets which I would recommend if you like more blankets) The owner Noelle was fantastic with communication. We would definitely rent this condo again!

This Cape Canaveral condo was perfect for our stay. Very close to the beach on the ground floor and not a direct wind spot for sitting outside. The inside of the condo could use a few miner repairs and our only complaint was how hard it was to close the main door from the outside. Noelle was very easy to deal with and we would definitely stay here again if we can.

Our family of 4 (2 teens) had a lovely experience at the Blue Beach Condo. The location is absolutely perfect, giving you a quieter beach experience right out the door but still super close to the busy, touristy fun of Cocoa Beach. We were so appreciative of the beach chairs and umbrella! The condo was clean and had all the necessities for meal prep. Great price point as well! We would love to rent this condo again in the future.

The manager of the place was very nice. We found it very helpful that beach chairs, umbrellas, and so many little things we provided for the beach and for children. The place was very kid friendly and clean. The beach was very close and the check out procedure was very fair. I would definitely recommend to anyone! I might recommend a curtain for the bathroom door. The toilet has a door but the way things are situated it's not difficult to accidentally walk by and see something you don't want to see if you need privacy.

It was amazing when I got to the condo and found the very nice note and bottle of wine, I felt very welcomed. The condo was very clean and had all needed to spend wonderful days. The condo is so close to the beach that the sound of the sea is very comforting. Everything is very close, beach, stores, restaurants. Decoration is very nice, well adhoc to the place. I definitely recommend and would come back!!

We were able to view the Artemis launch from the beach, just steps away from the condo which was great since the launch occurred at 1:47 a.m.! The owners are great! From first inquiry until check out Noelle was the Best we have ever rented from. Wish we could have met her in person!

My husband, 2 teenage daughter’s, 5 year old son and I had a wonderful Labor Day weekend, celebrating our son’s 5th birthday at the Blue Beach Condo. The condo was adorable and clean with comfy beds. It was so nice being literally steps from the ocean and hearing the waves from the cute front porch. We loved watching the cruise ships come and go and even got to enjoy a night rocket launch from the beach, which was amazing! We made lots of great memories!

My family of 3 had a wonderful stay. The condo was fully equipped with everything you’d need. The location was AMAZING! A one minute walk to the private beach access. We brought our beach things however, it wasn’t necessary if you’d rather travel more light. There were beach chairs, toys, towels, and cooler all provided. The pool was a very nice area as well. Nicole was very responsive and a wonderful host.

My wife and I spent a glorious month at this home. It is right on the beach with a private entrance. Also has all the out door extras; pool, sauna, and outdoor accessories for the beach. Being on the first floor was great. The front patio gets sun most of the day and is perfect for morning coffee or a cocktail at night. Half way through our stay my wife and I agreed we want to come back again. Unfortunately our dates were not available: which was not hard to believe as this place is truly a gem for the price. Owners were very friendly and responsive.

Blue Beach condo is a wonderful and comfortable condo. We just got home yesterday. We enjoyed it so much, that we started with 3 nights and stayed 5 nights. The condo has everything you need to make your trip easy and relaxing and it’s so close (like 1 minute) to the beach boardwalk. The beach is great. No crowds at all. The jetty where the cruise ships come in and out is a 20 minute walk, but you can see the ships from the beach. The owners are very easy to work with and very nice people. We can’t wait to go back.

Spend the weekend of August 21. The apartment is lovely, clean and comfortable. The condo is quiet and well maintained.The access to the beach is very convenient and the location is great. We can see the cruises departing and NASA’s station. The part of the beach is not packed, we could enjoy without worries. Also, it’s great to walk or run in the beach enjoying the beautiful sunrise and sunset. It was a great experience! The owners are very careful and attentive with the guests!

Stayed here for a week in late July. The condo was clean and very well maintained with enough sleeping options to keep everyone comfortable. There were many really great dining options nearby and a couple of grocery stores located a short drive away. The area was very quiet and not as busy as we had expected it to be. The beach itself was picturesque and easily accessible through the secured gate not far from the unit itself. Our family had a great time fishing, hanging out on the beach, and watching the ships coming in and out. The owner was very responsive and answered my questions very quickly. We will definitely be back (but won't pack as much next time since the owners provided a beach umbrella, beach chairs, a small cooler, and boogie boards for our use)!

We loved this quaint condo located near cocoa beach! We have two teens and an 8 year old and the space was perfect for the 5 of us. Nice condo resort with up kept pool, hot tub and other amenities. Very quiet neighborhood with plenty of Parking.
