About this rental
Everything in this condo is new as of November 2021 and has been kept in “As New” condition since. The remodel consisted of replacing everything, the only things that are still original is the tub in the guest bath and the drywall, everything else is brand new (including the furnishings and the HVAC)!! We did the remodel this way to make sure our guests had the best possible chance of having no issues while enjoying your beachfront vacation!
This lovely two bedroom two bathroom condo has bonus bunks in the hallway plus a modern sleeper sofa in the living room, allowing for a family/group of 8 people. The main bedroom queen size bed, 2 night stands, built-in lamps with reading lights and USB outlets, a 43" Smart TV w/cable, a walk-in closet with a wall safe to protect your valuables behind a modern barn door and it also has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and a BIDET! The Main Bedroom also boasts a private balcony that only the corner units have. Washer/dryer conveniently setup in the hall closet for all your laundry needs and a set of bunks in the hallway as well for the younger travelers. The bunk beds include individual tablet holders for the youngsters favorite shows and individual reading lamps for the reader. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and an entry to the second bathroom.
Pelican Isle unit 318 incvludes extra views of the Gulf from the additional balcony off the dining and family rooms because it is a CORNER unit (this also means you have lees noise from other units). The kitchen is conveniently located directly off the family room allowing the views. This is the only unit in the building with a built-in fireplace in the living room for that little needed heat on the cooler spring, fall and winter evenings or turn it on for just an added ambience!
Okaloosa Island is just six miles from Destin which keeps it away from the traffic, but close enough for the fun! Come to Pelican Isle and capture a lifetime of memories in the sun.

Deposit: A deposit of $200 is due within 3 weekdays from date of reservation commitment, this deposit will go toward your final balance.
Minimum Age: Must be 25 years or older to rent the condo
Smoking: This is a NO SMOKING condo. A $500 fee will be applied for smoking.
CANCELATION POLICY: Cancelation at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the deposit refunded within 7 business days. If reservation is canceled between 29 and 14 days before check-in a 50% refund of deposit refunded within 7 business days. If reservation is canceled 13 and 0 days of check-in the entire deposit will be forfeited.

About the owner: Magdalena and I have been married since 2016 and love to travel. Magdalena is originally from Poland but has been in the USA since 1996 and a U.S. Citizen since 1998. We try travel to Poland every year to visit her family, but wanted a vacation spot on the beach that we could fix up and make our own style while sharing that with others. Mark has been in construction and a carpenter since 1986 and the owner of construction companies since 1999, Magdalena has also been a business owner of a cleaning company since 2001. So we pride ourselves in taking care of people and making certain we do everything in our power to make our customers as happy and satisfied as possible.
We currently live in Ohio with the hopes of someday retiring in a warmer southern state. We have (4) grown children between us that we both love very much and (3) grandchildren that love the white sands of the Emerald Coast!
We hope you will enjoy our condo as much as we do and create memories with you friends and family here that will last throughout time.
Why this property? We chose this condo because of the white sandy beach, the balcony that was at the perfect height for a great view but still low enough not to be too high for people with fear of heights. The fact that it's a corner unit, giving it additional balcony space and additional natural light from having patio doors on adjacent walls in the living room. This extends the view of the Gulf and makes the condo feel so much larger and more open.
The other reason we chose this condo over others that were on the market was due to the buildings maintenance schedule and how well it is taken care of. Since the building was built in 2002 it made us more comfortable than some of the older buildings in the area.

The owners were easy to reach, helpful, and friendly. The location was first-rate: close to the end of the built-up area of Okaloosa Island, it was just a 5-minute walk to the unspoiled beach of Eglin AFB. No traffic woes, and peaceful in the extreme. The building is on the new side, so all systems work well. The two balconies (the master bedroom has its own private balcony) were a treat and those Adirondack chairs you see in the photo are gliding/rocking chairs: Perfect and super-comfortable. The decor was superb as well: felt like the beach but with such lovely taste. Kitchen well stocked, even with spices. And since the condo is on the end of the building, you have windows on 2 sides and it's very quiet.

We just returned home after spending a wonderful week in this beautiful condo. The owners were great to work with, and made the rental process so easy. They have thought of everything to make your stay easy and fun. The condo is beautifully decorated in a relaxing beachie vibe. The beds and linens are new and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony, then used the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella throughout the day on the gorgeous white sand beach. Will definitely rent this condo again!!

The condo was beyond amazing with many amenities that weren't listed. Many comforts of home, away from home!! The condo was clean and nicely decorated. We stayed 5 nights in unit 318. The unit was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed. The view of the beach from this unit was fantastic and most of our room time was spent on the balcony. The beach here is awesome with a wide expanse of white sand and plenty of shallows for families to enjoy. There was plenty of room for everyone to enjoy without feeling crowded. This was our first trip to Okaloosa Beach and we will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay at Pelican Isle # 318. The view was spectacular and we enjoyed watching the ocean waves from the balcony. The condo was spacious and decorated very “beachy” from the brightly colored walls to the Hawaiian flowers and grass bedskirt on the queen bed. The kitchen had everything we needed and the place had a very welcoming vibe. We definitely plan on coming back!

The best beach anywhere. Would love to retire there & spent lots of time of beach with my wonderful grandkids. Maybe if I lived there they would stay with me when I need assisted living lol. That would be the best years of my life
