We allow the booking payment to be split into 2 payments, for bookings occurring more than 30 days away. The payment schedule is 50% down with remainder due 30 days before the stay commences.
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

About the owner: Hi friend. We're your owners and hosts, Paul and LeeAnna. We are obsessed with all things beach and water as it is our happy place.
In 2023 we purchased our first vacation rental property "Heaven on Surf" in Fort Walton Beach. We have spent several years vacationing on Okaloosa Island and love the Emerald Coast.
Throughout our first year of ownership, we have been focused on significant upgrades to the condo space. Our goal is to design and deliver an experience of the beach in a modern updated space.
We’ve worked carefully to ensure that the experience delivers on all levels, and guests can create memories that will last a lifetime. We can’t wait to show you.
