Jim and I have been managing properties in the Panama Beach 30A area for 20 years. We recently retired and devote our time managing three beach properties. We fell in love with the panhandle upon our first visit. We purchased our first property in Seacrest so we could bring our lab with our family on vacation. Our children have cherished memories of the area and still join us when we have the oppotunity to enjoy the beach.
Jim grew up in Moberly, MO, 30 miles north of Columbia University. After graduating from collegel he served in the army during the Vietnam era. I hail from the Northeast and met Jim while we worked in the San Francisco Bay area. After a brief time living in Cleveland, Ohio , we settled in Atlanta, GA where we graduated with our masters from Georgia State University and raised our three children.
