Best Libraries in Florida To Visit<\/h2>\n

North Miami Beach Public Library <\/a>|| Miami Beach<\/h2>\n

This library offers literature, CD’s and DVD’s for all age levels and all different languages. They also have educational programs about financial planning, small business, art classes and more! The library is spacious, sunny and welcoming to everyone. It is a great spot to spend the afternoon with or without kids.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Broward County Library <\/a>|| Fort Lauderdale<\/h2>\n
This library can be visited in-person or online and has tons to read and do for all ages. Broward is known as one of the largest libraries. There is lots to explore. They are busy year round with curious adults and kids looking to learn. They also offer workforce workshops and many other events both in-person and virtual, so make sure to check out their calendar.<\/div>\n

Alvin Sherman Library, Research, and Information Technology Center <\/a>|| Fort Lauderdale<\/h2>\n

This large university library and cultural center has many resources for students and the community. They offer various programs, WIFI, 23 study rooms, ongoing exhibits and a cafe, along with their wonderful collection of books.\u00a0 This is a great spot for learning, resources and recreation.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Gulf Gate Library <\/a>|| Sarasota<\/h2>\n

This smaller library is not lacking in things to do. They have a large children\u2019s area and everything throughout the whole space is super clean and organized. The library staff is very friendly and they have a large selection of printed literature from all time periods. They also offer various events.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sanibel Public Library <\/a>|| Sanibel Island<\/h2>\n

This library is well-known as being an integral part of the community and has been recognized by various media outlets. They offer online and in-person programs, read alongs and even author meet and greets. This is a great place to explore, exchange ideas and let your imagination run wild. <\/span><\/p>\n

DeFuniak Springs Library <\/a>|| DeFuniak Springs<\/h2>\n

This is one of the oldest libraries in Florida. They have books, career planning and everything in between. This library is great to find all sorts of cool things to read, movies to watch and much more. They bring culture and variety to life through their selections.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

University of Florida Library West<\/a> || Gainesville<\/h2>\n

These libraries offer a diverse collection of literature They are attached to the university and are vast in what they offer by subject. They also have over 600 computers to utilize, 3D printers, IPADs and other needed technology. This is a great place to study or research the day away! <\/span><\/p>\n

Jacksonville Public Library<\/a> || Jacksonville<\/h2>\n
