Streamsong Golf Resort || Bowling Green, FL
In their own words: Forget about any shot you’ve ever played, any course you’ve ever visited. When it comes to golf at Streamsong®, there is no comparison. Because for the first time in their considerable careers, renowned golf architects Bill Coore and Ben Crenshaw of Coore & Crenshaw, and Tom Doak of Renaissance Golf Design, worked side by side simultaneously to create two extraordinary 18-hole golf masterpieces—both of which were specifically designed to be walked and offer the ultimate golfing experience, the likes of which Florida has never seen.
The driving force behind Streamsong is The Mosaic Company and its visionary use of land recovered from a former phosphate mine. Through the land recovery process, sand dunes were created throughout the property, which made for dramatic rises in elevation and the perfect base for fairways and greens with a stunning variety in contour. This inspired combination of indigenous and man-made terrain—coupled with the imaginations of three of the finest golf course architects in the world—set the stage for two of the best links-style golf courses ever to be played.

In their own words: The Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club’s championship golf course has been dramatically renovated by globally acclaimed course designer Jack Nicklaus in collaboration with accomplished architect John Sanford. Jack Nicklaus has a historical tie with the original course. At age 10, he first broke 40 for nine holes on the resort’s course, shooting a 37!
The par-71 routing plan consists of five tees, ranging from 4,800 yards to over 6,900 yards. In addition, there is a 300-yard practice and teaching range. Our guests and golfers absolutely love the truly beautiful look of the course.
The Concession Golf Club || Bradenton, FL
In their own words: In a little more than a decade, The Concession Golf Club, the best private golf course on Florida’s West Coast, has drawn raves from all around. Making its debut in 2006 as Golf Digest’s “Best New Private Course,” the championship golf course is currently ranked by Golf Digest as the seventh-best course in Florida. This top private golf club in the Tampa Bay area, located in Lakewood Ranch, is a quick trip from Sarasota, Bradenton, Tampa and the area’s famed beaches, shopping and arts attractions.
The Concession was named after a famous sportsmanlike gesture, but the course concedes nothing to golfers looking to shoot a low score. This might be the most challenging golf course in Florida. The 392-yard hole No. 8 has earned the distinction as one of the three best Par-4 holes in the state. And the Tampa Bay Business Journal notes that The Concession Golf Club has both the highest course rating (76.7) and slope (153) in the Tampa Bay area. The greens are fast and undulating, with plenty of obstacles before players even reach the pin.

Biltmore Hotel || Miami, FL
In their own words: The Biltmore Golf Course is an 18-hole, 71-par championship course, originally designed in 1925 by legendary golf course architect Donald Ross and updated for the modern game in 2018. Early in its storied history, The Biltmore Golf Course played host to The Miami – Biltmore Open, one of the richest prize purse professional golf tournaments of its time.
Today, players enjoy the original “movement” of the Ross design through its 419 Bermuda grass fairways, 84 of 85 original bunkers and USGA specified greens that have been re-grassed with Tif-Eagle Bermuda and restored to their original size. Now with laser leveled tees and back-tee yardage of 7112 yards, the Biltmore Golf Course proves to be one of the great links that connects the modern American game with its past.
