You will love this gorgeous one-bedroom / one-bath ground-floor unit with direct access to the beautiful Anna Maria Island Beaches. This condo makes it easy to enjoy leisurely strolls on the sugar sand shores of Holmes Beach, as Hello Sunshine is just thirty flip-flop steps away from your front door, with no busy roads to cross.

Tastefully designed to create a warm and inviting atmosphere, Hello Sunshine has all the charm you would expect from staying at a Salty Mermaid vacation rental. As you enter, you are greeted by an open living room, dining room, and kitchen. The living room offers a queen sleeper sofa, and just off it you will find a king bedroom with an extra twin air mattress. Both the living room and bedroom have a flat screen TV! Accessible from the living room and bedroom is a shared bathroom with a shower. Just outside the bathroom is access to the private garden area complete with a small table, chairs, and a gas grill. Like the rest of the condo, the garden area is connected to our free high-speed wireless internet. As for laundry, coin laundry is conveniently available next to this unit. For parking, there is one designated spot with the unit number “2” on the west side of the building in which you can easily fit two small cars, or a car and golf cart if parked tandemly. Lastly, Hello Sunshine also provides four beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a cooler for those long days at the beach.
So come bury your feet in the sand, lounge by the community pool, or light up the gas grill for a barbecue as you relax in your private, quiet garden area -- this condo has it all!

*Check-in time is 4pm on the day of your arrival, and check-out time is 10am on the day of your departure. No early access or late departure is allowed unless special arrangements are made with our office. Our cleaning and inspection team need time to ensure the rental is clean and safe for your stay.

*A starting amount of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, bath soaps, snacks and coffee are provided. Any additional items that you may need during your stay can be purchased at one of the local grocery stores.

*Please note that all guests occupying this property who are under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

*There is a beach storage shed located on the north side of the building for storing beach items.
