Treasure Island Resort located on the East End of Thomas Drive is one of the best resorts on Panama City Beach, Florida. This condo is conveniently located on the 7th floor with great views of the sugar white sandy beach and tropical fun pool deck from your private oversized balcony. This condo comes with beach service which includes 2 beach chairs and umbrella, absolutely free to you!

The condo is decorated with a beachy comfort feel. The condo is fully furnished and ready for enjoyment and relaxation. The condo has a new living room recliner sofa and 2 swivel recliners. The condo comes with a king bed in the master & guest bedrooms and twin over twin bunks in the main living area. The master bedroom has a king bed and faces the gulf with sliding glass door access to the balcony. Linens and towels are provided. Full kitchen with dishes, glasses, utensils, cookware, bakeware, and appliances are provided. This condo has breakfast bar, dining area, living area, and 2 full bathrooms.

Treasure Island has a fitness center and Liza's Munches on the pool deck for your convenience. Each condo comes with a personal numbered parking space.

Treasure Island Resort is located on the east end of the beach, walking distance to St. Andrews State Park. Great restaurants like Captain Andersons, Andy's Flour Power, J Michael's, and Scampy's are very close for your dining pleasure. As the locals know, Schooners, and Patches Pub and Grill (both are walking distance) will offer great food, drinks, fun, and music.

The Treasure Island front office charges a $20 one time registration fee per condo upon arrival for parking passes and pool bands.

All weekly rates are all inclusive of cleaning, taxes, etc. Nightly rates will incur additional fees, as well as 12% sales & bed tax.

TREASURE ISLAND PET POLICY:
Only 1 dog less than 30.1 lbs per condo will be allowed. The front office will charge a non refundable $250 pet registration fee upon arrival. NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE WILL BE MADE, PLEASE DO NOT ASK. These charges are their charges and are not ours and are not included in our fees.
