Non-smoking. This up to date unit has technically 2 bedrooms, an open sleeping area with closet, and 2 baths. It has been completely redecorated with granite in the kitchen, all black/stainless appliances, luxury vinyl plank flooring upstairs and hardwoods downstairs. Downstairs bedroom is tastefully decorated with a coastal flair and full bath. Also, the living area balcony overlooks a large grassy area for the kids plus the Grand lagoon and your private dock. Upstairs there is the master bedroom with a water view of the Grand Lagoon and your private dock. There is also a full bath and the third sleeping room is primarily designed for children, family or friends. The 3rd room bedding includes twin bed over full bed with pull out trundle bed. There is room for everyone!

Our family oriented complex is on the Grand Lagoon, situated between it and the Gulf, with direct access by boat or jet ski to Capt. Anderson's Marina and Restaurant, St. Andrews State Park, Shell Island, and the deeper waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
Bring your boat or rent your boat, skis, and wave runner. Enjoy use of our private boat dock and slip during your stay. Additional parking with wash-down station for your boat and trailer is provided.
The resort houses Guadalajara Mexican Restaurant, PCB Winery, Deja Brew coffee shop, and several specialty shops right on the premises.
Our condominium campus offers boat slips just outside our balcony, with parking right around in the corner in our dedicated boat parking area. All behind our secure, gated entrance.

Emerald Falls Family Rec Center, Signal Hill GOLF Course, Ripley's Believe It or Not, Coconut Creek Family Fun Park, Race City, Zoo World Zoological and Cobra Adventure Park are all less than 1 mile away. You'll need to stay more than a week to see it all! I'm out of breath just typing all of these and have absolutely left some out, I'm sure.

Capt. Jacks Family Buffet, Jesse's Place and Dat Cajun Place are closes...Longboard's Restaurant and Bar, Bikini Bob's and Hershey's Beach Ice Cream Shop are all nearby, too. Billy's Crabs and Seafood right around the curve, across the Grand Lagoon past the marinas on the left on Thomas DR.
Attn: Golfers - Signal Hill is a short and mostly open layout Golf Course very nearby. You can shortcut some of the doglegs and brag back home about driving the green (always in great shape!).
"Boaters and Fishermen" - The Grand Lagoon IS YOUR BACK YARD. Observing the No Wake zones, You can still be in St. Andrews Bay or the Gulf of Mexico for boating and/or fishing in less than 10 minutes. Capt. Anderson's restaurant and The Grand Marlin restaurant are straight ahead. Bay Point Golf Club and Marina are right around the corner, too!

The former insurance agent and recreation director are from Alabama and decided to retire where their families and friends have made so many memories. With hopefully more memories to come, their desire is to host and share the opportunity with others making memories with their familes. Quality family time is the inspiration for their venture into the hospitality business. Their two children and five of your future hosts, (grandchildren) ages 3-7, make 8730 Thomas Square Unit 313 a family destination and a family affair!

Wonderful memories made here!
We’ve been home from our stay in PCB for a couple of weeks now and are still riding the high of what a great trip it was and a big part of that goes to our stay in Don and Pam’s condo in Thomas Square. I know most people want the beach view, but honestly the lagoon view was perfectly peaceful. The central location of the condo is within walking distance of so many great things to do: the beach, fun restaurants, great family entertainment centers, nightlife… and it’s just a short drive to so many other great things. One of the best parts of this condo was the ease of working with Don. As a first time patron of I was a bit hesitant of the legitimacy of it. Don was so patient with me while I did my due diligence of verifying things. He was also so kind and helpful with all of my questions and providing other info for PCB. We’d be happy to stay here again and wouldn’t think twice about renting from Don and Pam.

Great place to stay!!
This condo was perfect! It was very convenient to be so close to restaurants and stores! Great walking distance to the beach, and if you needed to drive there is a small parking lot next to the public beach access! My group had a great stay! The owner was very nice and responded quickly to any questions I had!

Panama City beach
Condo worked well for our family of 8. Unit was clean and convenient to walkable restaurants, beach. Pool area and tennis courts are convenient. Owner was responsive when booking and getting checked in.
