This home is the perfect escape in a wonderful neighborhood! Has a heated pool and large covered patio. The house is one street over from the most beautiful oceanfront homes. You will see the wooden boat go back and forth transporting guests to Little Palm Island.

If you want to go to Key West it’s about 25 mins away. If you want to go to Marathon its about 20 mins away.

Bahia Honda is beautiful you can go by car or by boat. Featuring an award winning beach and historic bridge, Bahia Honda State Park at mile marker 37 in the Florida Keys has become a favorite destination for visitors to our island paradise. The park, encompassing over 500 acres and an offshore island offers some of the best snorkeling and beachcombing in Florida. The perfect and quiet getaway for the entire family.

There is Looe Key reef which is the most gorgeous reef to dive or snorkel. Looe Key is a coral reef located within the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary. It lies to the south of Big Pine Key. This reef is within a Sanctuary Preservation Area. Part of Looe Key is designated as "Research Only," an area which protects some of the patch reefs landward of the main reef.

First floor is enclosed as a family room with 40"TV and wall unit A/C.

Second floor has Living, Dining room,full bathroom with bathtub and kitchen. Has a 55" TV , blue ray player, large screened area with outdoor dining area and sitting area. As well as balcony on front of house from Dining room and living room.

Third floor has one bathroom fully renoated with Marble and walk in shower. Three bedrooms and two of the bedrooms boast a walk out balcony to view the stars at night! Two bedrooms have tv's in the rooms.

All TV's have streaming TV and full access WiFi throughout the house.
