Welcome to condo 106. This condo has an island view and is newly updated with new windows and patio doors -which help reduce the exterior noise- fresh paint, furnishings, decor, and new appliances in the kitchen.There is a beach theme decor throughout the condo that lets you know you found the perfect place for your beach vacation. The condo has 2 bedrooms & 1 bath. There is a king bed in the master suite and a queen and a twin bed in the guest bedroom, also a queen sleeper sofa in the livingroom. Leather sofa and loveseat along with a power recliner and a large flat screen TV in the livingroom adjoin the large dining room that seats six. The condo is one floor abover ground level. Located conveniently next to elevators and stairway. Free Wi-Fi and deluxe cable package including several HBO channels. Our minimum stay is 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday, in high season and holiday weeks. Off season the minimum is 3 nights, please inquire about details.
The Sea Shell Condominium is a gated complex with 49 units. BBQ Grilles, beach lounges, beach towels, elevators, laundry facilities, heated pool, assigned covered parking, HBO channels and free Wi-Fi are some of the amenities Sea Shell offers.
Our rental office is on-premises for easy check-in and check-out, and to assist you with visitor information and other needs. We have after hours check-in available for those that have late travel plans, keys and all arrival information will be in your personalized packet.
The condo is located directly on Siesta Key/Crescent Beach, a multi times rated the #1 beach in the U.S. We are just left of Stickney Point bridge, close to restaurants and shopping plazas. The sand at Crescent Beach was rated as "The World's Finest, Whitest Sand" at the Great International Sand Challenge in 1987 beating more than 30 entrants.
Just steps from the Sea Shell, you'll find Point of Rocks, an area rich with coral formations and colorful marine life that is perfect for snorkeling or diving.
Whether you are looking for a great family beach vacation, a romantic getaway or some someplace to sit, relax and soak up the sun, you have found the perfect place. 3 night minimum stays are available on selected units only.
