SEASIDE VILLAS: This Siesta Key deluxe 3-Bedroom townhouse rental is located in the heart of Siesta Village – just steps to all the shops and restaurants and only a three minute walk to world famous Siesta Key Crescent Beach! Siesta Village has dozens of shops, fine or casual dining, pubs and clubs, shopping, and more, placing this property in one of the most sought after locations on Siesta Key. This Siesta Key 3BR vacation rental is well equipped with amenities rarely found in a Siesta Key vacation rental – everything you need to make your stay memorable. Recent renovations have upgraded this entire property, inside and out, including new paint and decor, flooring, appliances, furniture, and so much more.
This Siesta Key vacation rental has an in-ground, serpentine, 14 by 26 feet, private heated pool (for Seaside Villas guests only). Tropical landscaping, gas grills, and patio furniture complete this vacation paradise pool area. For your time on Siesta Key’s nearby powder white sand beach (a block and half away), we have provided coolers, beach chairs, beach towels and wagons with sand tires for your convenience. We also provide free WiFi access.
Seaside Villas consists of (2) three-bedroom units and (2) one-bedroom units. Larger groups can rent up to eight bedrooms (accommodating up to 20 guests), all in the same building!
The spacious three bedroom – with 2 ½ baths - Siesta Key townhouse is spread out over two levels and has more than 1900 square feet of living space. The main level is airy and bright with lots of windows and contains a huge living room, dining room and kitchen. The living room has a couch, love seat and accent chair, 55+” flat panel LCD HDTV, DVD player and a marble fireplace. The dining room with modern tile flooring is also very large with table and chairs, plus counter seating for 8-10, and a highchair. The large updated island kitchen is modern and well equipped. Tile floors, granite countertops with tumbled marble backsplash, a full suite of stainless appliances, and drop-in glass range on the island make this a favorite gathering spot. The main level also has a half bath and washer/dryer.
The bedrooms are on the upper level. The master suite is very impressive, and larger than many apartments. King-size bed, flat panel HDTV, his/hers closets, en suite bathroom with modern tile flooring, granite topped his & hers vanities, Jacuzzi tub for two, separate glass enclosed shower and more. Floor-to-ceiling sliders open out to an intimate deck with seating to watch the sunsets. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed while the third bedroom has a full/twin size bunk bed as well as a twin bed (an additional twin self-inflating aero bed can be placed wherever you want).. Both have flat panel HDTV’s. The third bedroom also has floor-to-ceiling sliders overlooking the pool below. The second and third bedrooms share a full bath with tiled tub/shower combo and granite countertops. These spectacular 3-bedroom units are updated, well-appointed and come equipped with amenities rarely found in a vacation rental.

Cancellation Policy: A full refund (minus a $100 cancellation fee) will be made for any cancellations made in writing with at least 60 days notice. There are no refunds for cancellation with less than 60 days prior to arrival.
Trip Insurance: We offer a couple of a couple of options for Trip Cancellation & Travel insurance, including one that provides Trip Cancellation for Any Reason. You will have the option of purchasing this protection during the booking checkout process.
Security Deposit: We do not normally require a security deposit; Your credit card will be kept on file in lieu of a security deposit
Pool Heat: Pool heated during Winter months – no charge
All persons under 25 years of age must be accompanied by an adult (parent or guardian).

We stay here every January. This is the best place to stay. We have stayed here for 5 or so years. We call it our home away from home. Everything is within walking distance. It's always clean, and has everything you need. Looking forward to our next stay. I would recommend this place to everyone. And the owner Lisa is the best !
We rented both three-bedroom units for a group of 12. It was perfect for us. The units were very clean, updated appliances, and many conveniences. We had no issues with anything. It was everything we had hoped for. Loved having the private pool -it was refreshing after a hot day at the beach and was the perfect gathering place in the evenings for cookouts. The beach was a few minutes walk and we appreciated the wagons and chairs provided to us. It was walking distance to everything we were interested in. Grocery around the corner, Gilligans across the street, SKOB, Beach Club, Daquiri Deck, and other great restaurants just minutes away. We loved our week in siesta key and were very impressed with this condo. I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone and will definitely stay here again.
This was our 2nd year at this location. The place was very clean and well kept. We enjoy the pool and we are just a couple of blocks from restaurants and the Beach. Already locked up our reservations for next year
We have been staying at Sea Side Village for about 10 years now. Both in the one bedroom and the three bedroom units. The experience is always a good one. The condos are clean, with everything you could possibly need for a stress free vacation. Greg, the property manager, responds promptly to any requests and is a pleasure to work with. The location couldn't be better. We have already booked for next year.
We thoroughly enjoyed our week staying at this property and would stay again. There was enough space for five of us, that we never felt cramped or in someone else's space. You could have one or two people in the living room, one in the dining area, one in the kitchen, and one upstairs and never be in each other's way. The layout was great, and we really liked the sunken living room. The kitchen was nicely equipped, water pressure in the showers was great, and beds were comfortable. The unit was clean, but could see areas that will need attention (painting, detail cleaning). The location was terrific for our grown children who frequented the village in the evening and could just walk and feel safe. Our neighbors also staying in other units were terrific! We all got along quite well, and hung out at the pool!
