Enjoy this beautifully remodeled and upgraded condo, located in desirable, beachfront building 1, which is closest to the beach within the complex. It is one of only seven buildings on the whole island as close to the beach.

Given the current COVID 19 situation, my cleaning staff continues taking extra cleaning and sanitizing measures on high touch areas, ie bathrooms, kitchen surfaces, door handles, light switches etc. Loggerhead Cay's commonly touched areas are also being sanitized daily, i.e. hand rails, elevator buttons, tennis court gates, grill area, pool gates, etc.

This condo offers a fabulous view of the Gulf of Mexico & the beach. "Wow, what a great view," will be your first words when you arrive and likely throughout your visit. Look the other way and enjoy the pool and beautiful courtyard. The sights and the sounds of the beach, waves and tropical breezes can be enjoyed while on the screened lanai that includes a comfortable dining set, lounger, and ceiling fan. The living room, kitchen, and both bedrooms have ceiling fans.

The beach and large heated pool are approximately a minute's walk. This well equipped home has numerous extra amenities that will enable you to have a relaxing, enjoyable vacation with all the conveniences. Beach towels & chairs, loungers, cooler, sand toys, shelling items, floating bait box, noodles and other floating or water items, beach toys for the young and old for creating sand castles and more are waiting for you.

The beach is beautiful, the shells are plentiful, and you will feel at home in this is tastefully decorated home. The pool is large and refreshing. Enjoy Loggerhead Cay's lovely grounds that includes 2 new tennis courts that are also marked for Pickleball. Sign the clipboard to reserve a court or find a new friend to play with. BYO racket or paddle and balls. There are 2 shuffleboard courts, an enjoyable sitting areas overlooking the Gulf vista, picnic area by the pool and grilling area with 6 new grills. Loggerhead Cay has a newly redone club house that is available for rent, if you have a large group.

Private, high speed, secure internet is available to those who need to keep in touch with the outside world, while in this home away from home. The wireless modem is located in the condo for the fastest, most dependable service and speed. The service is an extra benefit and exclusive for your use only.

Many restaurants are within a short walk or drive. There are two tiki bars within a 5-10 min. beach walk, in either direction, where you can enjoy a quick lunch or beverage.

Reserved parking is right in front of the condo. There is an elevator and stairway close to the front door of this second floor condominium for easy unloading of your luggage, groceries and more.

Loggerhead Cay is in a convenient location on the island. Relaxation is less than 3 minutes away after crossing the causeway! Head straight to the condo and begin your vacation!

Shoppers will delight at the wide variety of unique shops and the outlet malls just minutes away. There are miles of bike paths and trails to explore. A short drive away, during baseball spring training, you can watch the Boston Red Sox or Minnesota Twins play.

Travel insurance is an option. This is a pet free unit. 6 guests occupancy strictly enforced.

Why Kids Love It

Children love the nearness to the pool and beach. All the beach and water "toys" and floats that are available to use. Building magnificent and original sand sculptures. Playing with mom and dad on the beach, jumping or floating on the waves, badminton, tennis or pickleball with new found friends. Sanibel Sea School to learn, see and experiencing aquatic life, and the environment impact on us all. Parents enjoy this learning experience too! Fun boating tours or just renting a boat, jet ski and more. Ding Darling Nature preserve for a visual learning experience of the birds and life in a protected nature preserve. Parents love this too! A wonderful photo experience.
