PLEASE NOTE: THERE ARE COVID RULES IN PLACE. MASKS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES WHILE IN COMMON SPACES SUCH AS ELEVATORS, LOBBIES, MAIL ROOM, GARAGE, ETC. POOL HOURS AND NUMBER OF USERS MAY BE LIMITED. THE BUILDING IS VERY GOOD ABOUT CLEANING, STERILIZNG AND ENFORCING COVID RESTRICTIONS.

Small housebroken dog and two litter-trained only cats are allowed. Refundable security deposit required, which we can discuss. Pet fee is per month rented. HOA does not allow rentals shorter than one month, so enjoy the month and then some!
COVID requirements in effect for the time being, including mask-weaaring in all common areas and restrictions on some amentities/facilities. Condo management is good about cleaning, sterilizing and enforcing requirements.
Cost per month includes tax. Owner pays all utilities.

About the owner: I'm a native Ohioan and a true Buckeye! I bought in Fort Myers to be close to family, but decided to rent this gorgeous unit out for part of the year. I still work full time and live in Columbus, Ohio, when not in Florida.
Why this property? This property is such a great location to anything you want to do in SW Florida or within a quick drive anywhere in the state! The bonus is that this is a quiet building in a serene area, so you're not in the middle of party central :). The property sits on the gorgeous Caloosahatchee River, and the sunsets are SO beautiful and just steps away. The condo is on the ground floor, and offers private access to the pool and hot tub as well as the patio area with seating, from where you will watch the sunsets. The building is 24/7 secured, and you'll have your own secure parking spot in the covered underground garage. No elevator necessary to this unit!
I am meticulously clean and neat, and so is this condo. Any problems you might have will be addressed immediately. Must be 25 or older to rent. This is my part-time home, so I expect it to be treated as such!
