PH @ , Pool/Hot Tub, FREE Beach Service

We rented this beautiful condo just as the Corona virus measures were starting to be implemented and some businesses had to close doors by the end of our stay. Direct access to the beach and pool without having to use elevators or common building doors was wonderful due to this virus. We gathered with our children and grandchildren and the multiple floors served us perfectly. Grands were able to watch kid shows and take naps on the lower level while adults could still enjoy the main areas of the condo without disturbing babies. Food prep was easily done with more than one in this well-equipped kitchen. We also grilled out, and the building maintenance keeps the grills and surrounding area exceptionally clean. The beds were very comfortable too. We never felt cramped together due to the spaciousness of the condo and appreciated the supplied baby gates to keep little ones safe. Tennis rackets, beach supplies and games were unexpected perks. Our only negative was the building WiFi was extremely slow. The condo looks just as pictured and was very clean. Views are wonderful, emerald water with white sandy beach, slightly heated pool, reserved pool chairs with umbrellas, and ice cream can be purchased on the beach. Who needs anything more to make a memorable vacation! Thank you owners for sharing your condo with families like ours. Destin is one of our favorite places and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

For once the photographs were accurate. The condo was exactly as shown. The location of the penthouse to the pool and beach could not have been better. I was very pleased with Penthouse 106E and will stay there again without hesitation. It was perfect!!!

We loved the layout of this two story condo! It was so wonderful for our large group. The kids loved the bunk bed room especially! The ease of leaving your beach gear on the porch and exiting right out to the pool, just can�t be matched! Beautifully decorated as well!! Silver Beach towers has a beautiful large pool and beach chair set up. The kids also loved the snow cones and ice cream you could by down at the beach!! The management was SO a friendly and so quick to reply. They were definitely wonderful to work with! We will definitely be staying here again!!

Paradise This place was excellent. It was very roomy with a lot of space. The bedrooms were very big. This condo is right off the pool and the beach. We loved the two stories aspect so the kids could watch Netflix in the downstairs theater room. The house furnishings were excellent including the tbs. Bring your own shampoo and soap along with Keurig pods. The pool was maintained every day with a monitor. The rental came with one free beach umbrella and two chairs. The guy manning the beach stuff was great. They sell ice on the beach along with snow comes. The location was great and close to everything.The kids could not open them by themselves. We would stay here again.
