House has 5 bedroom / 5 baths, free wifi, totally upgraded, furnished and beautifully contemporaneity decoration. Enjoy the pool with heater and water view. Just a few blocks to the beach, restaurants and stores.

Ideal for family holiday, 2 paddle boards and 2 bicycles as well as Baby Package available including Car seat, Push Chair, Baby cot, High Chair, Toys and Books so you just bring the baby.

Our neighborhood is a gated community with 24 hour security, very safe and family oriented.

PS The pool heater is upon the request, therefore the extra fees $80.00 for turn it on

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful, newly renovated home. The property was great - modern, clean, nicely decorated, open floor plan with plenty of rooms and space. And the location was perfect -in a very nice neighborhood right on the intercoastal waterway, 1 mile walk to the beach and close to Las Olas Boulevard. Marcela was excellent, very helpful and made sure we were all set for our stay. I would highly recommend this property and would love to come back again.

We rented the house for 4 nights and totally loved it! Only issue was listing says 5 bedroom, but the 5th bedroom is only a crib for an infant. Other than that the back patio, pool, kitchen, and other bedrooms were spectacular! House had everything you needed for your stay.
