You'll adore the comfortable living room furnishings and the flat screen TV, not to mention the ocean views from the picture window. The kitchen is magnificent with granite counters, all wood cabinets, all new appliances including a stainless steel side by side refrigerator. Of course the pots, pans, dishes, glasses, flatware, etc. are all new. The baths have been updated. You'll be thrilled with the state of the art front loading washer and dryer.
